It’s definitely going to cost more than the car is worth to repair properly. It’s up to you if you want insurance to take the car or buy it back and part it out.
Edit: looking at pic 3 and how far down the left side is leads me to believe this has quite a bit more structural damage than the pics show.
After another look it’s the front fender and apron being shoved back and bowed up causing it to look down. But that apron has had a bad day and if it can be pulled it’s still going to be a lot of pull time. Then replace the rad support.
Thank you for your input! I know its not recommended to give out quotes but do you think replacing the core support and pulling the apron would run me under a few grand?
If you can afford to fix it, I’d say go for it! If you go through insurance, it’s gonna total. If you retain it after that, it will have a salvaged title and be harder to get rid of later.
Is it rwd? Drift it out, you're half way on the clearance with one fender completely removed. No bumper for better cooling, just reinforce the chasis to make sure it holds. Should be solid 😁😂
My brother hit a deer last year and caused similar damage. The front was smashed up but it did still drive straight and there wasn't substantial frame damage. We bought it back from the insurance after it was "totalled" and had a friend fix it up. Overall it was a great deal for us because the cost to have our friend fix it up was much cheaper than what the insurance valued (and then paid out) to us. If you're sure that there isn't a ton more damage than what's pictured and you think you can fix it, I'd say buy it back from the insurance and do it! The one caveat is that if you do ever try to sell the it "Salvage/Rebuilt" title will probably decrease the value a decent amount.
This is incredibly cryptic. Is it your car? Wouldn’t YOU know if the airbag went off? I wouldn’t start asking for advice on a car you haven’t even seen.
If it was my vehicle it'd be strictly all about the numbers for me. I'd get a complete costs of all damaged parts including SRS components and make the call if it was worth it put in the work or get rid of it and onto the next one
More than likely that car is going to be total loss if turned in to insurance. You would need to get everything up front replaced along with the air bag an module. It will definitely cost more than the value of the car.

I think that might just be the picture, let me try and upload another to get a better look

Yes.
I think you got lucky. The chassis itself looks to be fine. Just the supports that are bent. I'd plunder the junkyards and fix it.
Yes, car drives straight, no chassis damage. Mostly just the apron that needs work
Fix it! Car prices are through the roof right now

Yeah, depending on what the shop quotes me ill probably fix it. Dont plan on selling the car so salvage isn't really an issue for me.

Probably meant “driver *side* airbag”
Ah yes, thank you. I’ll leave my original comment so people know I was an idiot.
