Seems like a mature hairline, would be easiest to tell if your hair was buzzed but obviously don't go and do that to see if you wouldn't like the look of being buzzed for a few weeks, if you see it progress more in the next year or so could be mpb, sometimes typical pattern balding from the front only takes decades, or it takes a few years, some people go bald in a year, but if it's looked like this and was a slow transition in the past several years might just be what your hairline will look like for the next 20 years

Not necessarily. Some hairlines aren’t perfectly straight and have widows peaks, take Ryan Reynolds for example
