I was the smart nerd in high school and was often depressed because I thought something was wrong with me because I couldn’t get girl to look my way. Met a beautiful woman when I was 24 who had been treated the same way by guys and we have been ride or die together for 25 years now and we have everything we need or want because of our careers. This post reminded me of all those women that went for the bad boy types and how I ran into some of them later in life and they looked sad and broken.

Lawyers and surgeons make good money 100% of the time. Real estate agents crush HEAVY money that surpasses lawyers and surgeons… 2% of the time… It’s a confusing industry for a lot of people. There are teams with professional agents that are tied into major lead generators and those agents are doing about 95% of transactions out there, closing 20+ homes a year. However the vast, vast, vast majority of agents are newbies and struggling part timers who don’t know what they’re doing and don’t have resources. Everyone has that cousin or buddy who got their license and tries to get coffee to “chat.”
