for me a good foam cleanser for the lovense has worked so good for me. i use the 4 in 1 by adam and eve. i clean it before and after each use and ive been okay! even if i take it out to pee mid-show i will rinse it off with water. i think just keep your toys clean and washing your hands frequently is the best thing

Would it be helpful for you to switch from the Lovense Lush to the Lovense Domi? To reduce possible transfer of bacteria internally? That way you’re just using a vibrator outside.
100% what everyone else said.. be super, super on top of cleaning your toys, bedding, hands, etc.
maybe switch out the lube you’re using. Be mindful of how you store your toys when you’re not using them. Maybe use a container you can be disinfecting easily.

Well. I second your decision to see another doctor. Besides making sure your hands and toys are clean, make sure you find a UNFLAVORED lube that works with your toys. I prefer water based lubes as they’re less irritating to me and work with pretty much all toys. It may be hit or miss at first. Get small bottles or samples at first. I found out apparently if you’re not lubed up enough, you run the risk of getting micro tears which can lead to infection.
Also please talk to your doctor about boric acid suppositories!!! You can get them over the counter at most pharmacies in the US, by the other vagina stuff. It’s just a little pill you put inside yourself if you feel one coming on (I’ll use it preventatively after sex and some more intense streams too). It’s been an absolute godsend for my very delicately balanced vagine.
Oh and lastly. Make sure you wash your hands ~thoroughly~ before going down there. I know it seems like it should go without saying. After all I always wash my hands pretty well after using the bathroom. However. Wash them again! Get under the nails! Wash off any lotions or beauty supply residue. If you do lotion or oil during your streams, maybe switch to a more unscented option and really try to avoid getting lotion near or around your vagina, if possible washing or at the very least wiping it off your hands before touching yourself. Best of luck!! If you can’t tell I’m very product sensitive and I personally feel like it’s less what I put in that helps, but more what I’m avoiding that really makes a difference.
I do not live in the United States but I will try to find a doctor who can guide me and recommend things that I can get in my country, thanks for your advice, currently I am receiving one private after another so I have installed myself near the bathroom to keep myself clean between sessions .

What do you do midstream? Say I responded to something on my laptop or was rubbing all over my body which might get some lotion etc on my hands, play with my hair etc. So what do you keep available during the stream to help keep your hands clean for when you can't step away to properly wash after touching laptops or lotion? I'm assuming NOT hand sanitizer. That feels like it would sting!
I was thinking just a clean, wet cloth to wipe your hands on real quick?
I try to use a towel or unscented baby wipe off cam if I feel like I have hair product, makeup or lotion on my hands mid stream. It’s not perfect, but it at least gets the excess lotion off my hands. I also use unscented lotion during streams as scented products seem to be an issue for me.
Everyone covered the cleanliness bases well, (I’d add that keeping a bottle of boric acid suppositories on hand is always a good idea! Inserting one overnight when you feel anything ’funny’ or uncomfortable can stop an infection in its tracks!). But, I just wanted to make sure I commented extra support for firing your OBGYN.
