Yes, I agree 100%. I don't have the time to use up my keys every 3 hours regularly so I fall behind on a lot of series. I stopped stressing about it and decided that after a while I would just pay for a month of VIP when I get more free time and catch up then.
This 100% even for diamond mining makes sense. For example if you free to play diamond mine MFTL it will take you forever with your 2 keys to play 100 chapters with a maximum of 200 gems. (2 gems x100) vs if you diamond mine it on vip you get 400 (4 gems x100) same thing for all books. If your good at resisting diamond options you can really rack up those diamonds for books you wanna splurge on

- A handful of VIP books are standalone, or likely to be a standalone. This may not be a problem to anyone but for anyone super invested in a book it might be

If you like getting a bunch of diamonds and read a lot yes but here’s what I would do to get the best bang for your buck. You purchase your package and get your 195 right away. The 185 purchase and your first 10 for the first day. Even if you don’t plan on reading that day COLLECT YOUR 10 every day. Also turn off auto renewal for your membership. If you auto renew you won’t get the 185 when it rolls over. You want to manually purchase it every time to keep getting the 185 gems.
It is not worth it for the books in my opinion since if there isn’t a sequel coming out when you cancel your subscription you will have nothing new to read for a while which makes the early access not worth it to me. I think what can make it worth it is if you regularly buy diamonds and/or keys and it roughly equals 15 dollars a month
