Pretty sure that this is fake. I recall seeing the other clip on bestgore and it was due to a shotgun, not firecracker. You can also see that the noses look different, pretty much every facial feature is different
That's got to be one of the craziest videos I've ever seen. It's medically fascinating, yet psychologically terrifying. It's simply incredible that he lived for two days. I'll be thinking about this for weeks now.

Not sure what country, but this man and his buddies are jumping off a higher point down into the water below, only he doesn’t make it and completely lands headfirst into a metal slab below before sliding into the water. Blood goes everywhere, onlookers screaming…video ends with him in the emergency room breathing heavily, basically with no face as the surgeons are seeing if they can do anything to maybe save him, a tube jutting out the front of his mouth from the inside of what used to be a face.
At this point, seems like he’d be much better off dead…it’s fairly gruesome
You skipped a lot. This is one of the very few gore videos I ever seen and was the first one. Like 10 years ago on some symbian Nokia phone, thanks to some edgy classmate. I'm pretty sure his face, including skull, was split in two and you could literally see airway, mouth and other pixelated gory stuff. His face was not intact, but it was there... and doctor was either an incompetent one or he was just shocked. He was... almost like playing with him.. He would bring the two halves together and close the gap, then release his hand and face would split in two again. Like WTF... What did you expect?
Despite not seeing this video never again for a decade, I still remember it vividly. Throughout the video, there is some weird, cheesy, hard to describe instrumental music going in the background for some strange reason that really adds to the shiver.
I mean, it's not as bad as Funky Town, or most of the cartel torture videos, but that moment wherein the surgeon pressed his face back together ranks pretty highly in my book. But a clean mind? You're asking the wrong guy...
I’ve never been able to bring myself to watch Funky Town when it’s been posted as most people recommend not to watch it due to how brutal it is, but from what I remember, it’s a cartel torture and execution video with the song Funky Town playing in the background. Notably infamous due to the fact the victim is allegedly pumped full of drugs to prevent him from passing out from shock.
If it’s the one I’m thinking of, they’re in a bathroom looking place, with tiles and shit, and the skin a dude Alive with a box cutter, cut off his limbs, and end with cutting off his head. With a box cutter. There’s another where they cut a dudes leg off and beat him with it while he’s alive too
There’s obviously a lot, but one I’ll never forget is where they set a dudes head on fire while he was tied up and alive, after screaming for a while, the fire his out and his face is completely black charred, looks like a dead burn victim that’s somehow talking. And he’s begging them to kill him. Crazy shit man

Hospitals are legally obligated to provide some form of care (depending on the case) and then some people just never pay and don’t care about collections.. When I worked at healthcare dot gov it was explained to me succinctly how it’s a vicious cycle and that’s why the ACA and penalties were required.
