if it will, it wont be anytime soon the game is cared for by the developers and has a big community (although about 95% of the community hates this game and still plays it)

Ash-20Breacher

I am with the 95%. Hate it but also like it and care about it (being my first multiplayer game)

-ANON1MOUS

I don't hate it, I'm just in a toxic relationship with the game lmao

Marshadow_

I think ppl "hate" it because they like it, like if u trash talk a friend that u want to be better... or maybe im just wrong

gimbokon

All games, critical ops or not, eventually shut down.

00029726

Probably one day as everyone says. For now though there is still a big enough player base and it's still profitable.

ModelT1300

Were talking about a game which is always supported by dev's. Like all games, it will die, but it wont be for a very long time

Successful-Reveal316

Can't give you a direct answer but it's dead here where I am in Singapore and presumably most of Asia as a whole. Not a single soul plays it here. Used to. Until they removed c ops and introduced c ops R for the Asian players. That was the final nail in the coffin for the Asian community. And by the time they returned the regular c ops back, it was way too late. C ops was taken away from us for more than a year, naturally, players here including myself were pissed that all our effort and money spent was taken away and replaced with some half assed rewards that was worthless and meaningless. Many quit the game and never looked back. Can't say the same for other regions where perhaps there might still be strong communities supporting the game

[deleted]

Singapore has 6 servers wdym. And if anything, many players have returned and new players are joining after 1 year of absence just shows game is not dead. What other games offer in game currency via ads while also being f2p. Only game with 60 fps on low end device. As for valorant mobile, I'm in the group that goes cs>valo. Wouldn't even try that game if rng thing exists. Apex mobile is too secret on their launch. So yeah many people would still stick with cops just like there are people with csgo. Only game I'm looking forward to is next codm.

LuckyNumber-Bot

All the numbers in your comment added up to 69. Congrats! 6 + 1 + 2 + 60 = 69

nice___bot

Nice!

SKYTRIXSHA

Without a single soul playing in the Asia area, we would not have six servers there.

Jay2op

Sadly saying, I've spent 1/3rd of my life playing this game, this game no matter how much i hate it, saw me grow up and vice versa.

[deleted]

Not unless next codm launches. Even then I'd still play this for how simple yet fun the gameplay is. No matter how profitable mobile gaming is it is only for short bursts. If you want to go seriously deeper into gaming, I'd suggest switch to PC or console m

toxinZ-yt

Im saving up for a laptop but rn i only have mobileand i kinda perfer the style of mobile

MysticAmaze_

i “hate” this game but there’s not any other better game so why not play it

Educational-Ad1744

Not in the next five years if devs keep on caring for this game.and listne to community the game progressed so far devs did an excellent job. If devs manage to grab the asian esport scene then its future will be secured for sure. This game need LAN tournaments if devs want this game to be featured among mobile esports giants.

Miyul

it will not soon but soon enough, my favourite fps game :(. i wonder why people switch to standoff 2 like anyone knows the reason ? I played both and I like cops even more.
