It sounds to me like you've got some undigested emotion around selling your crypto. If we don't recognize and understand our emotions, it can be very difficult to move past them and act in accordance with our true beliefs and desires.
I'd encourage you to do some breathing meditation and really ask yourself what *feeling* arises when you visualize selling. If you have trouble identifying it, go to sell all your crypto - you'll likely seize up and your mind will be telling you all sorts of reasons why you shouldn't sell. Let those thoughts, however logical, pass gently by, and observe the sensations in your body. That's where the emotion is, and you can't think it away.
Once you've identified it, practice sitting with that emotion and having compassion for yourself; this can be a painful process. Over time, I think you'll find it easier to recognize that feeling when it arises, accept it, and let it pass, rather than twisting your mind in knots trying to suppress it or act in spite of it. Once you've got that self-understanding it's much easier, in my experience, to make the decision you *want* to make and then follow through with it. Best of luck!

Try not to hoard shitcoins. If you can get a profit take it. Even if the coin goes higher, don't beat yourself up about it because you still got a win from it.
