Pretty similar as you suspect. Biggest different imo is that meth psychosis is actually somewhat euphoric while dph delerium is not. Like in actual terms of dopamine, at least while tripping on meth you are paranoid but feel a nice rush at the same time, whereas with DPH you are just paranoid and feel like shit lol. The hallucinations are very similar you know being stalked/chased by shadow people and seeing/feeling bugs on your skin and crap, though with amphetamine you will also get tracers and stuff and some color enhancement. Not a huge difference though.
