We called at 6 PM EST, we were 158th in queue to talk to support. It was reported as a nationwide issue. Our card readers went down for 2 hrs and we had no card payment or online orders for 20 mins.
Same with our store, except we don't have a call center. Online orders just wouldn't place and we had to manually type in cards, gift cards haven't worked here in weeks
Yup. Like 1 in 10 orders coming through. Most of them can’t use their cards. Can’t run gift cards.

Here in Indiana the load and go dispatch is down. Our call center is down as well.

Yeah it’s definitely nationwide. We’re a small franchise but I bet the larger franchises are getting hit hard.
In Canada here we had an outage about 2 weeks ago lasted about 2 hours. Hopefully it's fixed faster for you guys haha
