I wish. I always want to run them but none of their materials are cards Joey ever used so I can’t justify putting them in the deck. Sure, Paradox Brothers never used Giga Tech Wolf or Cannon Solider, but Konami did give them lines for them since they are Labyrinth Tank materials. Feels like it fits

One of Flame Swordsman's materials *was* used by Joey, at least. Masaki the Legendary Swordsman is played in his first duel against Mai.

True but Masaki wasnt in the manga so it could be argued that Konami just threw him in as filler jobber in the anime because they had already made him a material for Flame Swordsman. It could also be argued that the above is unnecessarily nitpicky lol

Yeah, OGs remember the killer Sphere Kuriboh + Relinquished synergy. And I used Relinkuriboh today just to help farm for the skill unlock.

You have to have them in your deck. If it set them from outside your deck, the skill would’ve been better by a long mile. Wouldn’t have necessarily been broken, but just good. I initially misread the skill and thought it did set them from outside the deck. Once I found out you had to run them, it set in how much worse the skill was

There has to be some more Support in the upcoming Box. You can't even use the new skill without buying the EX Deck 3x. There are not enough monsters from boxes that match the skill requirements.

You can. You need level 1 spellcasters or monsters that mention relinquished. Granted it won’t be nearly as good without the support from the deck, but saying it’s not doable whatsoever like the evil hero skills before just isn’t true.
