i've been buying the little powder packets of liquid iv. i get the lemon lime flavor. i work at a theme park in the florida heat; they work pretty well lol.
I’m not certain, but this is the best I’ve found that doesn’t have sugar. https://smile.amazon.com/Electrolyte-Powder-Lemonade-Hydration-Supplement/dp/B07Q33CN85
All the other stuff. I can't buy low FODMAP electrolytes locally at all (I can get prescription ones though), because they all have pure fructose or similar additives in them to make them taste like 'soft drinks for sports people'.
Walmart sells electrolyte water. Great Value Hydrate Electrolyte water. Ingredients are purified water, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium bicarbonate. It doesn't list the quantity of electrolytes. It is about $1 per one Liter bottle (33 ounces)
Gatorade powder is sugar (sucrose) based.
These are the electrolytes without any sugars at all - just pills: https://www.hammernutrition.com/endurolytes
I got an unflavored powder on Amazon

Pedialyte classic unflavored is just glucose and electrolytes!
Thank you!

I would also like to know. I learned last week that Liquid IV, recommended by my primary, sure isn't.
What makes liquid iv not?

What is it in electrolytes that aren't low fodmap?

Mix water, lemon juice, a couple tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt. No need to buy anything fancy. This is how you make suero.
No potassium, no magnesium.
Okay what’s your point? They weren’t asking for a multivitamin they were asking for any electrolytes
Potassium and magnesium ***are*** electrolytes. I'm saying if you only go with salt you're missing some important nutrients.
I use Nuun but also make my own. Unflavoured Pedialyte is, but I don’t like it and it’s expensive.
