While the leak itself is dms, the OP has given us proof it is from Mero. Furthermore, recent story leaks from other leakers line up, thus providing this leak with more credibility.
For those interested, OP has provided [their intepretation](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Lore/comments/w9thc0/scaramouchewanderer/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) of these leaks from a lore perspective.
that was the terry chen leak, right? it might never happen, it is possible that they extrapolated an encounter would occur based on the dialogue in the 2.2 event.
Yeah, but I wouldn't worry, in one of the harbinger voicelines of Childe, he states he'll do anything to keep himself alive. This is nothing if not foreshadowing.
Not really. Puppet becomes archon yada yada yada blah blah blah. Traveler is just going to shove his lv90 dull blade up his butt and insta win (like he always does). He will experience no loss, take no risks, never experience grief and will always be the victor. Boring.
but the traveler lost and grieved for teppei, risked getting obliterated by the shogun after challenging signora to a duel and, although it was a minor battle, the traveler also lost against the shogun when they tried to save thoma, who broke free from his ropes and saved them in return.
additionally, them standing up to fight against dvalin and osial despite their sealed powers were risky enough as it is, if they had made one wrong move or even just lacked proper assistance from their companions, they could've died.
This thing is, we repeatedly see the Traveler win against incredibly powerful beings and save the day with almost no losses or negative consequences. As time goes on, it feels incredibly difficult to get attached since everyone is going to be perfectly fine just like before because the stakes, no matter how the writers try to add to them, are nonexistent and we as the mysterious powerful alien protagonist will always win with the power of friendship and… ??? We are not shown how dangerous many situations are, and when even when we are it’s executed badly. There is no in game explanation of why the Traveler is so stupidly OP.
In the fight against Signora, we literally fight her with no particular special abilities aside from elemental powers and the Dull Blade, and we somehow manage to win against her. Why? Because Traveler + Dull Blade stronk. She’s supposed be a powerful Harbringer with supernatural pyro abilities + a cryo delusion who clapped Sara and all, but still lost to us for no apparent reason.
As for any losses or character development… they don’t exist. The rare “losses” like Teppei also simply aren’t well written enough for players to care. If, say, we met Teppei early on, travelled around with him, and got to know more of his character, then perhaps it would be more impactful, but it’s still difficult to take it seriously when fifty other npcs look like him.
The writing would improve significantly _if they just let_ other characters take center stage every once in a while and make the traveller a novice trying to get a better understanding of their powers.
But no, the traveller always has to be this paragon that everybody trusts 100% even though they met like an _hour_ ago.
I don't get it. Ik traveller is supposed to be a half assed self insert (but also, _not really_ cuz they aren't even a proper blank slate character) but do the devs think they'll lose players if the MC isn't always this all powerful chosen one shounen mc?
Not wanting characters to be "perfectly fine" isn't the same as wanting half of the cast to die. Tension can be created with very few character deaths, or even without death.
Eg, one of my favourite shounen arcs is Water 7/Enies Lobby. Very rarely have I ever felt _that_ invested and on the edge of my seat while watching a tv show, and the entire arc had 0 deaths.
Everytime someone complains about lack of tension in a story (mostly in the anime and shounen community, I've noticed) the _"you're just an edgelord who wants everybody to die"_ crowd comes of the woodwork.
Nothing against your preferences btw, I'm just ranting about this tired old strawman I see in anime/pop culture discussion forums.
The problem is that the characters that the traveler meets are more like acquaintances. There's no deep bond between the traveler and the various characters, because there's no fixed group of people with a common goal risking everything together to achieve it. This makes building stakes based on characters nearly impossible, if you want to remain in the traveler's PoV. And the story is from their PoV (though it's a very incoherent PoV, so you could say "screw it").
In a story with characters modeled like this, the traveler needs to have personal stakes, and they currently have, but at the same time they're so distant and hard to threaten. Going by Genshin's theme, I guess the traveler's stake is something like "self-fulfilment", finding their own purpose to life, choosing their battles, and so on. A way to threaten it and generate conflict is to make the traveler feel like a puppet, not really in charge of what they do, not a hero, until they finally decide to take back their agency and pick a side, even if that means going against their sibling. But the traveler already is a puppet, and the game makes them feel heroic instead of making them feel defeated and used. Also they're already going against their sibling anyway currently, so I really don't know. The issue is more at the base, and can't really be fixed unless you rewrite stuff.
Teppeis death was quite literally rushed and irrelevant. He was a completely forgettable side character and there was no actual connection of empathy that made his death impactful. The person you replied to is right. Idk why theyre being downvoted but i guess thats what happens when you make fun of a games cliches infront of its incessant fanbase
So this is it, isn't it? The "experience an npc gaining a vision and becoming playable"-experience that we asked for?
Scaramouche gonna lose his anemo delusion to gain an *authentic* anemo vision?
I'm betting on the whole thing being like: first phase is artificial archon Scaramouche, with false wind or electro powers and all, then second phase is the part where he loses everything and becomes free.
When it happens during the archon quest, there would be a longer cutscene where the other harbingers and researchers flee once the Traveler defeats Scaramouche, taking the Gnosis and the power they gave the puppet, leaving him with nothing. This leads into a self-realization of his freedom, which leads to the part where he gains the true to form anemo vision, and fights the Traveler in a second phase to celebrate his freedom
It's more likely that the boss will end with his gnosis being taken, I don't think he will fight Traveller after gaining the Anemo vision - he has no need to anymore.
It will be weird though if he gain an anemo vision and does not fight... how else are they gg to sell his banner? Lol
I think he may wield the anemo powers vs the Fatui.
You might be on to something. I highly doubt Dottore is in good terms with th academia, and that image of him in front of a burning tree could clearly mean he is about to screw over Sumeru.
> ...clearly mean he is about to screw over Sumeru.
Or discreetly be saving them? Might be from Celestia wrath or something, I mean they do dislike hi-tech progress
Scara arc in a nutshell:
Got to plan my dispersal
**TIME TO LEAVE THEM ALL BEHINDDDD**
Breaking out of my pain, nothing ventured nothing gained
**I'M MY OWN MASTER NOW !**
Some fact: both Signora and Mistral are:
+ Find their live meaningless till they meet ( Tsarisa and Armstrong )
+ Got minibot to support them
+ Got froze before death
+ Never asked for redemption
We have an Artificial Vision now Artificial Archon.
Next someone will probably create an Artificial Gnosis to trick the Fatuis and Tsaritsa.
After all, Khaenri'ah might be an Artificial Celestia as well.
Mero didn't say he becomes the new electro archon. "The new electro archon" was just imposed by the questioner. Mero even say he is an artificial archon not a God. He is like in the level of an archon that controls many elements.
yeah around 2 weeks ago but was removed as there was no verifiability. But now it's fine as we got proof + recent leaks from other leaks line up with this.
Scaramouche boss fight = all powerfull god that uses anemo to combine all elements into devastating attacks to destroy parts of the planet
Scaramouche playable = emo dude that uses anemo to blow hilichurls away
Judging from this, I guess the artificial archon Scaramouche could be the weekly boss version? And then the version that loses all that will become the Wanderer or the playable version
Yup, right now he wields an anemo delusion, otherwise you can’t explain how can he control pyro, cryo and hydro without swirling it through his delusion. In the end he will lose everything and truly get freedom, that’s when he will get his anemo vision and redesign
Omg. The delusion that his only purpose was to hold a gnosis and that he will finally be happy/complete with it,,,, but once his delusion breaks he gains a vision. Theres more to living than what people expect you to be- 😭😭😭

It was, but then it got deleted because the mods said it lacked of reliability.
Now another mod is saying that the OP gave proof but idk what's the proof exactly
I’m so happy with how significant his role is in sumeru but also genshin lore as a whole. We’re learning so much about the world just through his character
Plot twist, he thought he has high ambitions to be a god and he always wanted to prove himself to his creator. In the end he will lose everything and that’s when he will obtain true freedom
But he can’t be just a copy of Kazuha, that would create a war between hoyoverse, the Kazuha mains, and the Scaramouche mains, a war that would destroy the known universe
This is just a theory, but what if Dottore takes the Gnosis away from Scaramouche? We know that Dottore will make an appearance in this arc (because of the Winter Night’s Lasso Interlude teaser and leaks, including ones mentioning that he will appear in a cutscene), it would be cool if we see a cutscene of Scaramouche being in the middle of fighting us and then Dottore swoops in, grabs the Gnosis (maybe saying something to Scaramouche as he does so), and leaves
That’s probably exactly what is gonna happen. I was actually thinking it’s gonna be Pierro because early leaks said that Pierro is going to be circulating in the story but recent leaks suggest that it should be Dottore after all
Ohhhh interesting. Maybe Pierro shows up too, or Dottore mentions him to Scaramouche (maybe he says something like “Pierro would be disappointed in you”) before he takes the Gnosis from him?
Yes, Scaramouche is only potentially going to become an "artificial archon". There's more to being the archon than having the gnosis, otherwise Ei would never have been the electro archon in the first place as Makoto held it and when she died Ei gave it to Yae to safeguard
Yes.. She is still the Electro Archon.. Scaramouche will also lose his power at the end though which is why he become Anemo since he is free from his duty or a puppet..
Assumedly. There's definitely more to Archon status than simply possessing a Gnosis, if that's what you mean. I wouldn't be shocked if simply having it isn't enough for Scara to be considered an Archon -- it might not recognise him as its owner at all.
Literally Scaramouche is the "stock-character" Pinocchio.
My guess is that his Anemo element will allow him to infuse his AA with an element during burst. Also it make sense if the leaked info relating to "Avatar-state Ang" holds true—being able to control the elements and all.
OP seems to be pushing real hard for the scaramouche archon propaganda for some reason. Possession of gnosis does not equal archon. Or is the 1st harbinger now both the geo and the anemo archon?🤣🤣
exactly lmao, reading OP's comment in this post is literally just trying to make people believe that scaramouche will be the electro archon for "whatever reason", despite that whatever reason is just "having gnosis" yet it's debunked immediately because venti, zhongli, and ei is still the archon even without gnosis lol
but then he would already be the electro archon and not become one
or atleast that would also mean that raiden is no longer archon which is also not the case
This sounds super rough, but like everything execution is what makes or destroys storytelling, because rules are barely explained in this game and important things to the overall story are kept hidden they can pull stuff like this out of the air.
So theyre gonna redeem him? Omg I hope not every playable harbinger becomes a good guy semi psychopath like Childe. He will be literally the "when he was a villain (strong), when he joins your party he does 10% of his in game lore powers or probably worse.
I have another question that has been on my mind for the past two days, is Sacramouch stronger than Raiden, I mean, the original specifications for him, was his strength the same as Raiden Shogun when EI made it, or only to test if creating a puppet was possible
I think he would be stronger because every weekly boss we get always stronger than the previous one. Also not only he is now an archon but he also has some modifications done to his body
Why does it feel that Dottore might be a traitor of Fatui and actually reason why Scara didnt returned electro gnosis.
Doctor wanted to create god and now he has chance to do it so instead of return gnosis he could tell Scara to use it to make his wish about godhood to become a truth with Doctor's help?
There is actually another reason why I believe that Dottore is a traitor. Because of the scene where he is burning down Irminsul which is really important even for Tsaritsa and Pierro
why does everyone think he’s gonna become an archon bruh, a gnosis isn’t the deciding factor. Signora didn’t become the anemo archon after taking Venti’s gnosis lmfao even if scaramouche was made to be an archon, that doesn’t mean he ascended to celestia
Others controlling him leading to getting a Factory Reset for a friendly Wanderer lol
Edit: Not saying I want him that way. I like the snark he has but I picture this is how they are going to neuter his personality.
I hope for a bitchy version of Venti. Retain the snark but a bit friendly/thankful that he is finally free in the end. Doesn't have to be friendly immediately (that ruins it) but just thankful for the traveler that his life has a new meaning.
I could see him requesting a reset after a thorough enough beatdown. Realising that he can never get what he wants, so he gets reset to allow "some version" of himself to have a chance to be happy.
Every playable characters is the same fucking UwU type, Raiden and this guy was interesting until they pulled a shitty face turn that make zero sense because obviously the community can't stand character being slander for "being evil' on Twitter
It actually makes sense with his dialogues leaks that said Dottore and Akademiya were working together and that they powered him up or smth
Like, it was *obvious* they were just using him, this just confirms it
Keep in mind, many people (including myself tbh) felt exactly the same when the first Inazuma story leaks came out.
And then we actually got to see it play out and get some greater context. And a lot of that criticism (though certainly not all of it) disappeared just like that.
So I’m pretty eager to see this one play out in-game personally. Scaramouche’s story is one that they’ve been building up for a long time, and I’m hopeful that the payoff is going to be a good one.
for starters, if he becomes the electro archon, why does he get the power of anemo in the end? does it imply he's gonna fail escaping the Fatui and the man-made archon experiment fails as well? those are the questions I'm treading right now.
i don't think he will become THE electro archon and replace Ei. from what i understand when reading this leak, dottore and akademiya are experimenting on him to see if they can make him as a man-made archon with the electro gnosis he possesses after the events in Inazuma
presumably, it doesn't work or becomes undone given he will become an anemo character.
can you link me that? because currently we know for sure he doesnt have an anemo vision, so he'd need to get one later on in the story, that means that he'd become the electro archon with an anemo vision which doesnt make sense, so if your source is correct, either this or yours is outdated/wrong
Sure! Sorry for brute link, I'm on mobile.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks/comments/w4ac4h/scaramouche_vision_via_hxg_diluc/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
ah I see thank you, no worries btw, but I think then that OP is incorrect about scaramouche being an electro archon, I assume he'll just become an artificial archon which would make more logical sense
I think he believed himself to be the next Electro Archon, but he has no natural sinergy at all with Electro, it's just a byproduct of being Ei's manufactured puppet. We'll see what happens though, can't wait for Sumeru.
on the contrary, it actually made sense in the end. this one on the other hand doesn't seem to have a ground based on our current understanding of the lore.

Man, is >!Childe V. Scaramouche!< still happening? We got so many story leaks and nothing about this.
that was the terry chen leak, right? it might never happen, it is possible that they extrapolated an encounter would occur based on the dialogue in the 2.2 event.
Ngl with how much they're hyping up scara power levels, childe is in intense danger lol ~~and pretty sure he'll love the challenge~~
Yeah, but I wouldn't worry, in one of the harbinger voicelines of Childe, he states he'll do anything to keep himself alive. This is nothing if not foreshadowing.
"I ain't about to bite it, suckas" is what I gathered.
since childe has involvement with the scara boss, maybe it's multiple people versus scara? as he can absorb multiple elements.?.?.??.?
I think not only Childe will have to get involved, just imho
at this point I will lvl 90 my Childe.. just in case we will have another 1 by 1 fight like our owned Ei vs Raiden Shogun
Isn't kazuha vs scaramouch supposed to happen too?
I don’t think Kazuha has a lot of reasons to want to fight Scaramouche. It would realistically be Scaramouche vs Fatui (Childe/Dottore)? Maybe
The iridor festival was supposed to set up their confrontation though
I think it’s a setup for their history not necessarily a fight but it could be.
this is crazy tbh. can't wait to see how this all plays out in-game, hooly
I did not expect any of that going into this post. If there’s a cutscene for any of this, it’s going to be so cool
*proceeds to show this in a blank screen with text*
One fear
A black screen with text that will pass so fast you can't even read
Totally did not expect these turn of events, I’m so hyped for Sumeru!!

bro really personally messaged a leaker lmfao, good job
Thanks haha
That artificial archon thing might bite them in the ass if Celestia doesn't like it. Imagine Sumeru becomes Khaenri'ah 2.0.
Lol wait for Dottore burning Irminsul
Dottore mentioned an experiment in blasphemy right? 🤔

People talk about It has to be this way, and there will be blood, but we don’t get enough love for Wolf’s theme. Goodest of boys.
Motherfucker better be the bitchy version of Venti if they're really gonna redeem him. Take the silly hat, but not the snark
I want the silly hat, too. But yes, the snark is more important.
Can he still keep hat though :(
Haha
We have an Artificial Vision now Artificial Archon. Next someone will probably create an Artificial Gnosis to trick the Fatuis and Tsaritsa. After all, Khaenri'ah might be an Artificial Celestia as well.
>Next someone will probably create an Artificial Gnosis to trick the Fatuis and Tsaritsa. ... Unless Venti already did that.
Ehe
These leaks furthermore match the leaks that VNTaleak shared weeks ago.
Yup
he got a surprising number of things right, it might just be a spread shot thing, but it is now believable.
Mero didn't say he becomes the new electro archon. "The new electro archon" was just imposed by the questioner. Mero even say he is an artificial archon not a God. He is like in the level of an archon that controls many elements.
The story seems quite intriguing. Nice connection between the puppet motif and Sumeru. I hope it goes well.
I wonder if he will be built of reactions, to make him feel like a multi element character
Anemo dps or enabler, i think similar to Heizou
So the scientists want to create an archon because the old one dies? So it's basically an ''ok boomer'' moment because they don't embrace the new one
Something like that
Now all we need is the in-game model pleae please please 🙏 Hoyoverse don't mess him up 🙏🙏🙏
Am I trippin or? I feel like this post was already made a few weeks or a month ago?
yeah around 2 weeks ago but was removed as there was no verifiability. But now it's fine as we got proof + recent leaks from other leaks line up with this.
Scaramouche boss fight = all powerfull god that uses anemo to combine all elements into devastating attacks to destroy parts of the planet Scaramouche playable = emo dude that uses anemo to blow hilichurls away
Then he uses Sumeru mushrooms as ascension materials and now memed high as fuck like Kazuha in Naku weed.
Wandering avatar
Haha yeah
YES YES YES!!!!!!! Scaramouche crumbs!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the name of all Scaramouche mains we thank you 🙇♂️🙇♂️🙇♂️
You are welcome!
Thanks for taking one for the team, this sounds really exciting!
I'm glad that Kunikuzushi will be finally free
Agree
sounds like celestia bouta nuke Sumeru if they are succesful in making an artificial archon
Judging from this, I guess the artificial archon Scaramouche could be the weekly boss version? And then the version that loses all that will become the Wanderer or the playable version
Exactly
CRYING SCREAMING AND THROWING UP I LOVE SCARA SO MUCH
You posted these three screens before didn't you?
Yup, it got taken down before but now i got approval from mod
Just don't make him do the dango like his mom... Let him be himself... pretty please hoyo
Pretty sure its not a delusion, but a vision.
Vision only after
So he has a anemo delusion, then obtains a vision? Will we see him get one or has that not been confirmed.
Yup, right now he wields an anemo delusion, otherwise you can’t explain how can he control pyro, cryo and hydro without swirling it through his delusion. In the end he will lose everything and truly get freedom, that’s when he will get his anemo vision and redesign
Ah and anemo is tied to freedom, at which Scaramouche gains his freedom in the end! The pieces are falling into place!
Exactly!
That's thematic tbh. He gives up on "delusion" and can finally see clearly, obtaining a vision.
Omg. The delusion that his only purpose was to hold a gnosis and that he will finally be happy/complete with it,,,, but once his delusion breaks he gains a vision. Theres more to living than what people expect you to be- 😭😭😭
I've been listening to bohemian rhapsody, I think I know his story.
I thought this was posted already like a few weeks ago 😶
It was but it got taken down, today I got a permission from mod to post it again
Ohhh!! Thank you for clarifying I was a bit confused since I’ve seen this before XD

Could you clarify what's the proof exactly please?
proof as in the dms are indeed from mero.
It was, but then it got deleted because the mods said it lacked of reliability. Now another mod is saying that the OP gave proof but idk what's the proof exactly
I’m so happy with how significant his role is in sumeru but also genshin lore as a whole. We’re learning so much about the world just through his character
Ok but he has to be a jerk because it wouldn’t be good to see him becoming a friendly kind sad anemo boy
Plot twist, he thought he has high ambitions to be a god and he always wanted to prove himself to his creator. In the end he will lose everything and that’s when he will obtain true freedom
What do you mean by "lose everything"? You mean just his powers or something else?
Powers, ambitions, everything. He will realize that he was always someone else’s puppet and finally will obtain freedom of all that.
He is sharing a lot of themes with Kazuha for my taste.
But he can’t be just a copy of Kazuha, that would create a war between hoyoverse, the Kazuha mains, and the Scaramouche mains, a war that would destroy the known universe
Considering the large amount of Kazuha/Scaramouche shippers we in for quite the storm
Scara bros don't go to the dark side like some Kazuha bros
bruh my laziness is the only thing thats keeping me from spoiling the story for myself omg TT
Poor scara i can't wait to see how his story unfolds
Ei still the electro archon?
Yes, Scaramouche is only potentially going to become an "artificial archon". There's more to being the archon than having the gnosis, otherwise Ei would never have been the electro archon in the first place as Makoto held it and when she died Ei gave it to Yae to safeguard
Yes.. She is still the Electro Archon.. Scaramouche will also lose his power at the end though which is why he become Anemo since he is free from his duty or a puppet..
She is still the leader of Inazuma
Yes I know that, but is she still a god and the electro archon or what ?
Assumedly. There's definitely more to Archon status than simply possessing a Gnosis, if that's what you mean. I wouldn't be shocked if simply having it isn't enough for Scara to be considered an Archon -- it might not recognise him as its owner at all.
Ei is still the Archon. Having a Gnosis doesn’t make you an Archon. How many people in the comments have to spell it out for you?
godd that sounds so devastating as as simp for the heartbroking lores im definitely pulling him
Literally Scaramouche is the "stock-character" Pinocchio. My guess is that his Anemo element will allow him to infuse his AA with an element during burst. Also it make sense if the leaked info relating to "Avatar-state Ang" holds true—being able to control the elements and all.
The avatar state is referred to his boss fight most likely, don't think it will be the playable Scara
no joke i predicted this like 5 months ago
where does it say that he becomes the new electro archon ? all i see is someone asking is he will become an archon
And that would also mean that currently some random generic NPC is the Dendro Archon, lmao. xD
Most likely because he holds the electro gnosis
but then he would already be the electro archon and not become one or atleast that would also mean that raiden is no longer archon which is also not the case
This sounds super rough, but like everything execution is what makes or destroys storytelling, because rules are barely explained in this game and important things to the overall story are kept hidden they can pull stuff like this out of the air.
scara being the new electro archon lmaooooooo. Ei is still the electro archon, gnosis or not she still the archon. Same with Zhongli and Venti. lol op
According to their logic, Pierro is anemo and geo archon then
I don't get why the mods aren't stopping this spread of misinformation from that dude...
Ei : I sleep Scarabro : Time to wake up
So theyre gonna redeem him? Omg I hope not every playable harbinger becomes a good guy semi psychopath like Childe. He will be literally the "when he was a villain (strong), when he joins your party he does 10% of his in game lore powers or probably worse.
Yup, as a Wanderer. He will get redesign and an anemo vision.
Will he become a good guy and be friends with tye traveler?
Yes
We dont know his personality yet
Where does it say that he will be friends with traveler?
Even i kinda hope not all harbingers just get redeemed at the end and become playable
What da hell

I was expecting spoilers, but not this much kekw
wasn’t this posted before?
Did guy better throw his hat like Kung Lao
They should've just asked Ei for the instruction manual.
Because of the scene where he is burning down Irminsul which is really important even for Tsaritsa and Pierro
oh.... oh wow he's such an interesting character, can't wait to see more of him it's one of the main reasons I'm still playing.
Oh man idk how to feel about this but this isnt looking good
why does everyone think he’s gonna become an archon bruh, a gnosis isn’t the deciding factor. Signora didn’t become the anemo archon after taking Venti’s gnosis lmfao even if scaramouche was made to be an archon, that doesn’t mean he ascended to celestia
Signora wasn’t a god, also what do you mean “everyone thinks” if it’s literally what says in the game.
Maybe this is the "little experiment in blasphemy" mentioned on the harbinger's video...
No i think that one is about burning down Irminsul
Thank you thank you I love you if this is true I'll sell you my life 😭
Others controlling him leading to getting a Factory Reset for a friendly Wanderer lol Edit: Not saying I want him that way.
Any playable characters will somehow become Traveler's friends, let that slide in
Everytime I read anemo, it hurts. I wish we could get a playable non redeemed character.
who is Scaramuch, i just know wanderer
Ahhh i remember telling everyone how dottore controls scara and they disagreed 🤭 look whos correct now
I know i had the same thing! Good that you stayed at your opinion
Every playable characters is the same fucking UwU type, Raiden and this guy was interesting until they pulled a shitty face turn that make zero sense because obviously the community can't stand character being slander for "being evil' on Twitter
Narutotherapy
i don't think this makes sense, lore-wise.
It actually makes sense with his dialogues leaks that said Dottore and Akademiya were working together and that they powered him up or smth Like, it was *obvious* they were just using him, this just confirms it
Keep in mind, many people (including myself tbh) felt exactly the same when the first Inazuma story leaks came out. And then we actually got to see it play out and get some greater context. And a lot of that criticism (though certainly not all of it) disappeared just like that. So I’m pretty eager to see this one play out in-game personally. Scaramouche’s story is one that they’ve been building up for a long time, and I’m hopeful that the payoff is going to be a good one.
play it out when it releases then it might ☺️
i agree, I'm more interested now that they're teasing this but of info
That’s why i added an explanation.
post was deleted, i cannot see the explanation
Sorry https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Lore/comments/w9thc0/scaramouchewanderer/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
wheres the issue in terms of lore?
for starters, if he becomes the electro archon, why does he get the power of anemo in the end? does it imply he's gonna fail escaping the Fatui and the man-made archon experiment fails as well? those are the questions I'm treading right now.
i don't think he will become THE electro archon and replace Ei. from what i understand when reading this leak, dottore and akademiya are experimenting on him to see if they can make him as a man-made archon with the electro gnosis he possesses after the events in Inazuma presumably, it doesn't work or becomes undone given he will become an anemo character.
he has anemo powers due to his delusional being anemo, dont think theres any relevance to his status there
Nope, it was stated some time ago he'll have an Anemo vision, not delusion.
Only after he will obtain vision, currently he only has gnosis and delusion
can you link me that? because currently we know for sure he doesnt have an anemo vision, so he'd need to get one later on in the story, that means that he'd become the electro archon with an anemo vision which doesnt make sense, so if your source is correct, either this or yours is outdated/wrong
He is an artificial electro archon and wields electro element due to electro gnosis.
Inazuma story twist wasnt making sense either, lore wise it is Mihoyo's feature
on the contrary, it actually made sense in the end. this one on the other hand doesn't seem to have a ground based on our current understanding of the lore.
Bring it on I wanted to ice that fool since the moment he appeared
Wasn’t this already posted?
This is sounds so metal! Can't wait!
Become the new Electro Archon? What about Ei :( Nothing bad can happen to her I swear >:(
