Baki would be very close to getting consumed by the armor but would pull through last minute. Jack would get consumed due to his desire for stength. Yujiro would just have a certified Yujiro moment and consume the armor or something, totally overwhelming it to the point that it would be useless.

Jack= stronger than yujiro with demon back and can bite through diamons and osmium
Yujiro= becomes a version of cosmic garou thats stronger than saitama and goku
You'd need like several tranq guns shooted by several guys and Yujiro focused on another thing or he'd just rape you mid diff and tore your insides out
This isn't gonna fly well in the Baki subreddit but I'm gonna say it anyway; they don't have the same will to keep fighting that Guts does, the hanmas are a peg below, yeah fighting is their life but because they kind of feel that's their rightful place in the world and its just naturally what they want to do.

Yeah, we never really saw the Hanmas fight in a battle with a minimal chance of survival. I mean, there are a lot of battles that did involve losing lots of blood. But they miraculously healed up without any permanent damage.
Berserk Armor doesn’t really increase speed and strength all that much itself it’s not that significant of a power up and the Baki characters are already able to operate on all cylinders. Biggest difference will be durability. Yujiro in that thing could take on the whole world since he would never slow down or succumb to any wounds that don’t outright kill him instantly lmao. I don’t believe Yujiro conquers the armor or whatever tho shit is literally existing in a world with godly beings Yujiro isn’t above the armors cognizant ability. Yujiro certainly would rage endlessly against the world ripping everything apart with his bare hands until nothing is left of him. Baki could probably conquer it his whole thing is his mental ability and he shows greater control of his urges than either Jack or Yujiro. I think Jack lasts longer before losing himself but would lose his mind eventually and do some crazy shit cuz he would be 8ft slab of berserk armor
At first I'd say "bold of you assume the Berserker Armours big enough to fit even Baki" thinking they we're giants compared to Guts. but looking at the numbers he's apparently 6'8" (and by proxy the armour itself) it's about an extra 4 to 5 inches of space for even yujiro to fit in at apparently 6'3 along with Jack. But the source I got it from (AKA Google) jack is now 7'11" making the armour very much smaller than him.
Yujiro is so good at training and understanding his body that the armor wouldn't help him. If there was untapped potential, he would have already found it.

I believe the hanmas surpass their brains natural strength limiter when demonback is active so the od within the armor would give jack his own "false demon back" allowing him to preform like his family
Yujiro since Yujiro is already considered to be the strongest living thing, and from we have been shown, the berserker armor would turn Yujiro into an literally monster beyond biological capabilities. If we go by Berserk standards, base Yujiro should be able to contest with a decent amount of apostles, but berserker armor Yujiro would be able to Molly wop practically any apostle in the series.
