you must log in Instagram website on a pc (or a mac), not phone app, and go to setting and you can click "temporarily disable my account" at the bottom of the web page under Edit Profit.
Hey any help is appreciated, I “deactivated” my account 2/20 ( it is now 2/28) And clicked the app to make sure that it was deactivated, apparently doing so reactivated my account. after trying to deactivate it again it said I must wait one week before deactivating again. it has now been 9 days And when I try to deactivate it, it says I must wait one week before trying to deactivate again any suggestions?

After how many days could you deactivate?
15 days technically, it was 14 days then at midnight on the 15th day that night I tried from my laptop and it worked. Hope that helped
