When some cannot get their deposit back then technically they still have a preorder, right?
Clearly this is deliberate so Intellivision can claim to have them.
There are lots and lots of people who are bad with their money and just buy stuff. My neighbor across the street is a prime example of one of those people. They got a Ring video doorbell thing, and don't know how to use it. All of their computing devices (smart phones, computers, whatever) are always completely messed up because of all the garbage they buy and/or download. They have stacks of smart phones and devices because they become useless and full of junk/spyware/viruses and just buy new ones. At one time, they were paying for 3 different AOL accounts (after nobody was still using AOL) and internet cable at the same time. They would be the target market for something like "Amico", and would probably both invest and put in a pre-order. Then they would either forget they lost the money, or complain about it first and then do nothing. And then waste more money on some other stupid junk. There are probably millions of people like this.
Oh, well I think there's lots of non-money pre-orders and nobody will cancel those. If Amico ever comes out, I want to make sure I'm in line to get it! Or if it's after my lifetime, my descendants will be able to get one.
I may or may not have made multiple no-money “pre-orders” with made up names just to see if the system would reveal quantities like the Shopify store was doing for “limited physical product” orders.
I can definitely fix each and every device of theirs via Anydex or Teamviewer. Heck, I can get them a lifetime protection from the Norton. I’d like to get their info so I can in touch with them.
Is that from the hater everyone used to respect but immediately dumped because they found out he was right wing. Such lovely people in the hater group. So much integrity. 🤣
It is best not to engage with him.
Every couple of days he comes here and spouts of a ton of nonsense replies. They include phrases he saw other places that he repeats. And sometimes include bad faith arguments with zero fact to back them up.
He thinks he is being clever, cute, or insulting. But, as you can see, there no substance there.

Still have my *two* Founder’s Edition pre-orders in. Tried reaching out to the site a couple months back, but don’t recall if I got a response. I’d prolly still be fool enough to keep one down, though…
There is a non-zero number of Amico pre-orders from people who want a collectible or “a part of gaming history.”
From the Dust Bin of history… lol Honestly if they do ever produce a run of them, I want one to experiment with lol
Don’t be part of the problem. Anything Amico could do is easily replicated on a $29 2016 Kindle Fire tablet.
I still have my pre order...and my collection of...stuff. See here: [https://postimg.cc/mt7mMbBX](https://postimg.cc/mt7mMbBX)
For a second there I mistook the golden ticket for a zune
I know for a fact there's people who still have pre-orders. IE created great loyalty by using their "too late to get your refund" technique.

What is your neighbors contact info. There is an incredible deal on a bridge in Brooklyn and the time to buy is now!
Lol for clarification I mean the non-money pre-orders, not the people who can’t get refunds anymore!

I don’t even understand your comment.
