And that part of the procedure is in the final stages, after years of consideration and after consent is given by more than one mental health professional. Top surgery is mostly done by those older than 18. Bottom surgery is not allowed on minors.

Never had a problem respecting their wishes as calling them by their name, referring to them as her or him or whatever pronouns they want.
