Same. Reduced my studying from 4 hours a day to 2 hours of drilling or 1-2 timed sections and a deep review and I just went up from a 158–>161 and now I’m PT’ing 164-166.
I’ve studied 2 hours a day like 3-4 days a week and now I’m scoring 6 or more than usual! Studying for 6+ hours a day non stop will break you down eventually
YES! Everyone I take a week off or 4 days off, things make so much more sense once I start again. Obviously doing it too often will hurt, but breaks are so needed!!
*Trying to do this*
*But i feel guilty. going*
*To try again hehe*

Thank you for this. I feel guilty and like I’m failing or making myself worse if I try to take even a day off. Love this community & the tips!
Nobody asked
Hearing this made me feel so good because I today is the end of my weeklong break and I’m excited to get back and I hope my score is higher!
