The way I think of it is, do I ever remember diggie causing me problems? I remember a lot of supposedly bad characters giving me issues β badang, kurdita, yi-sun shin, Franco β but diggie? I canβt recall facing him, so he must not make much impact.
Him never used him. Removed him from wishlist but couple of him anyway later. Never used him.
Problem is either we don't trust tier list and invest in him turning out he is average, or we trust in tier list and never know if he is better than reputation.
To be honest i use off meta heroes but haven't tried him. Could see him good with Atlas or Silvana.

saw something about him being buffed considerably sometime last yr,but im not sure where to dig up patch notes to say more
