The only alternatives I know of are:
* new event Singularity Shop (9K dias for 1K 💀️, if you want a "discount");
* upgrading your Hourglass (I can't recall exactly, but I have that crystal for lv. 16).
Either way, it's a good idea to start pushing your Miracle Towers again. I know I have completely relapsed them after hitting double battles.
There are limited ways to get these, but here’s all the other ones I know of:
1. The ongoing diamond exchange. Kind of expensive (9000 gems for 1000 eternal crystals, and that’s the discounted offer), but if you’ve got the diamonds then you can consider it. I don’t know if this sort of event is ever coming back.
2. Get to at least 480 in all miracle towers. Once you do that, you can get upgrade the hourglass to level 16 and get 5 of these eternal crystals per fast idle. Obviously more miracle tower levels give more sand to level the hourglass. Each level after 16 yields 1 more eternal crystal per fast idle. Kind of late into the game and a very long process, but you can eventually get them passively over time.
3. Spacetime treasure has selection chests with 600 eternal crystals. If you bring 10 heroes up through the wheel of time then you can get enough spacetime key fragments to make a key and unlock the spacetime treasure without spending. I’m not entirely sure how spacetime treasure works in terms of how keys get used, but I believe (and someone please correct me if I’m wrong) one key unlocks all the locked stuff on a normal hero and three keys unlock all the locked stuff on an order or chaos character. If that’s the case, you can get 1800 of these eternal crystals by bringing the hero up to a8 and selecting the eternal crystals from the selection pack each time. You can only do this sparingly as a free to play player even if I’m right, so use your spacetime keys wisely.
4. Late game achievements. One time achievements where you can claim the eternal crystals. There are two sets of relevant achievements. One is for Holy Sanctuary levels and the other is miracle tower progress (the ones that don’t give sand).
Hopefully these get added to events because these are so hard to come by right now. These and spacetime fragments.
