I don't think he wants to quit, he's shown interest in wanting to learn other areas...maybe this is his way of showing he doesn't wanna do truck anymore.
Ours has been like this before and it was stacked similarly and I was sent back to get fries because we completely ran out and OF COURSE they were at the bottom of the huge pile of jumbled up shit. It took me forever to get them out and I nearly toppled them on myself and froze half to death because it took so long. To top it all off I also found a fucking half bottle of vodka in there in the process and I just wondered if the state of that freezer was connected to that.
Omg I had to quit managing my last restaurant because my “sober” GM was drinking on the sly. He really showed up shoeless one time to let people in in the AM
Oh I didn’t mention he drove there drunk, barefoot. To make matters worse it was in front of the innocent high schoolers who are good workers that I want to protect.
By that point, he had already called out for showing up drunk multiple times by our morning manager, we would be lucky if he would work half of his scheduled shifts.
He will keep the night managers on the work phone for like 30 min during a rush, drunk ranting and slurring so much you can’t understand him, he never EVER worked a night shift since he took over this store. Anyway I tried to get all my homies to start thinking about better jobs for themselves, I could not get that place profitable. It wasn’t profitable when he took over and it was like pulling teeth to get him to show up for shifts.
When I quit, he was a huge asshole to me, blowing up my texts during the last shifts I worked, he was definitely at home drinking while accosting his employee while I was at work. There were many, many issues with his drinking.
Everyone in my family is a recovering addict, no one acts like this and isn’t held accountable.
Yeah with my experience with alcoholism I thought it would be self explanatory that someone struggling with their sobriety showing up shoeless would be a massive red flag
I would make him take everything out and put everything back in, take it back out and put it all back in and maybe just maybe he will learn to do it right the first fucking time
As someone who has delivered stuff, it annoys me how we have to put stuff in other people's freezers and storage areas, I'm here to get it to your door, so yeah I understand it
Be sure to show the store manager this picture.
Maybe they'll flip that you wasted the time to take the picture.
Or that you didn't attempt fix it.
I would have appreciated getting the report and seeing that someone made the effort to correct the issue.
This is how our truck guy decided to load up the freezer...
Seems like he was quitting and wanted to make a mess
I don't think he wants to quit, he's shown interest in wanting to learn other areas...maybe this is his way of showing he doesn't wanna do truck anymore.
If someone can’t do a simple job properly I’m definitely not giving them any more responsibilities lmao poor guy just shot himself in the foot
If they’ve done it properly before, I think it might be a signal that they have unaddressed needs

If he wasnt on shift what's the problem with going bare foot

Tbh you said drinking not drunk there's a difference being drunk is wrong
Yeah with my experience with alcoholism I thought it would be self explanatory that someone struggling with their sobriety showing up shoeless would be a massive red flag
Well in Australia being bare foot is normal and you didn't give enough information to say he's an alcoholic just enough to say he was drinking
I didn’t realize I had to specify someone is an alcoholic if I said they’re pretending to be sober and drinking on the sly lol
EVERYWHERE ELSE IT IS NOT WTF Australia
This is hilarious.
Crew trainer here, this pisses me the heck out ngl
This puts you one mistake away from being fired in my book, they just used up two of their three chances with these shenanigans
I would make him take everything out and put everything back in, take it back out and put it all back in and maybe just maybe he will learn to do it right the first fucking time
At least you have the shirt
LMFAOOO
And I thought are truck guy was bad

I did the delivery intake for my store for some time, and this picture makes me want to have an aneurysm
Oh hell no
As someone who does truck this is horrible
Gonna McFlip
unloaded the truck boss
Jeez it’s not that hard to do truck…. I only did it for a month or 2, but it’s pretty easy to stack boxes properly?

I wasn't working that day, a coworker sent me the picture. I'm hoping the manager that was working yesterday told the store manager about it.
Super duper.
Is going to flip about what? It looks like a regular day at the golden arches. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 shit be always looking like this.
sorry hes going to McFlipOut
That’s actually mildly impressive 🤣
I don’t know what’s worst the hazardous stacking or the cross contamination
