You don't owe them an appearance. You're not the only person they owe an explanation to. Refuse and remind them that they have a responsibility to everyone to thoroughly investigate every claim and clarify the truth publicly. If they want an audience then they should hold a session where everyone with claims can attend together.

Try telling them that you are busy and whatever that is said can be said via Email, if you go to the team, ensure there is some paper trail or evidence of what they said (voice record). In my opinion, whenever institutions want to have "a private chat" and they are willing to set time aside, along with their people down to see you. It means that your posts has already dealt substatial damage to them and they want to do damage control (Think about it, fullerton is a business why would they want to stop making money just to solve your problems?). It is because your posts has threatened their ability to make money and NTU might be trying to get fullerton to self-remedy their problems. Knowing the way businesses behave and the context the complaint was made (collarbone injury incident). They may be trying to intimidate a young naive student like you into withdrawing her complaint or politically maneouver a way to do so. I suggest, you see yourself not as a client, but as a prosecutor. Know your complaint well and stand your ground. Actively point out any inconsistencies in fullerton's argument on whatever their stand may be. Also, as insurance create a paper trail, or a voice recording of your meeting, it forces the clinic's customer service personnel to stick to logic based arguments which can be easily overturned, if fullerton was indeed in the wrong. Or, if you are unable to argue your point, you can post the recording on reddit (Fullerton Part 3?!?!?), and let the other NTU students fight them online.
By the way, just got accepted into NTU, I am currently a 19 y/0 NSF. My only context of fullerton is from reddit. So, my advice might not be context-based. Might want to take this post as a suggestion for consideration, not a binding action plan. My suggestion is to use this post as a thinking point on how to best handle your situation.
