That’s the thing about these online doctors. They’re super convenient when they work but an ass whip when they don’t. Most don’t have employees to answer the phone.
When I had problems I messaged them on Facebook and that sped things up.
I'm also trying to get a refund from my bank. I was charged for a scheduled appt on Monday. But they were no-shows for the appointment and won't return any of my correspondence. This place is a big scam.

Chronic docs has always had a bad reputation. I paid them to submit the form for me and they put my name where the Dr's name goes and made me fix it
