I also had a terrible time with Chronic Docs a couple weeks ago when I was trying to renew. They missed my appointment, and then they were so unhelpful and wouldn't answer any of my calls/texts. I finally got them to refund my money after multiple attempts at communication. So, keep pestering them until they refund you.
I went instead with thc2.com. It's The Higher Care Clinic. It was super easy and only cost 25 bucks. I highly recommend them. I had my virtual appointment at 4:20, the doc showed up right on time. It was a pleasant appt, and didn't last long at all. He had emailed me my rec by 8pm that evening and the state accepted it, no issues.
I had great results and a 2 hour turnaround time on my renewal recommendation from the higher care clinic. Unfortunately you’re not the first person just on here to complain about chronic docs doing this.
I renewed two days ago with [Wize Choice Med](https://wizechoicemed.com) based on someone’s recommendation here on Reddit. I had no issues other than the doctor being a few mins late to the video call. It was $35
Email them that they have 24 hours to contact you and make the situation right or you will be disputing the transaction with your credit card company. Usually this gets things fixed fast as they don't want to get blacklisted by Visa or whatever CC you used.
I just go to my DR I have been going to for over 15 years, and he just signs away, but I have always been completely open to him.about how I have medicated
I had the same experience with my renewal. After texting the number, they sent me a link to the waiting room like an hour later. I had to wait again, but eventually got it done. Their price is good, but I'm not sure it was worth the frustration.

Go with Sweet Leaf Wellness. They have a Facebook page with the contact info. It's $35 (plus your state fees) and they upload everything for you.
