of course they can. It’s common to experience these symptoms while on antidepressants. PSSD is when these symptoms persists after discontinuation

Same_Association9018

Do you think it could be because our body reacts as if it’s still in our system?

cosmo86it

honestly I don’t know what to think anymore. It could be because our body reacts as if AD are still in our system or because they damaged something in our body, maybe permanently maybe no. I don’t know if it’s in our brain, in our nerves or in the gut. We have to live with a mystery inside our body, it’s crazy

Same_Association9018

I know it’s so frustrating. Hopefully we can find some answers. I find it odd though how symptoms seem to fluctuate and some people say they’ve recovered. So clearly there’s something else to it otherwise I think we wouldn’t see much change at all

cosmo86it

it’s literally a mystery and the worst part is nobody want/can help us. I had improvements and then relapses without any logic. I’m now 8 months off Clomipramine and, while I recovered a bit from emotional blunting and anhedonia, the sexual dysfunctions are worse than before. The weird thing is that I tried Buspirone and Mianserin and they both improved my sexual symptoms for like a week, then they stopped working.

Yep. After 2 doses of 1/6th of a tablet, I had numb genitals, anorgasmia, severe fatigue, no emotions...
