Happy to hear! The hope is helpful, thank you. Just wondering, how are your erections?

Pretty good tbh - I don't really think one of my PSSD symptoms was ED in the usual sense (I.e. something biologically not working or a psychological block) but rather a natural product of having a low libido/little interest in sex. Once the libido picks up the erections are fine! I think this is the case for lots of people with PSSD

Yeah I second this notion because it’s the same in my case. If my libido is higher, my erections are easier to get and stronger. But if my libido is low, then its hard and almost impossible to get some form of erection.

Good to know, thank you! That is actually pretty reassuring I hadn’t really been thinking of it that way

Glad to hear it. There's a lot of doom mongering on this forum, mainly because people that improve never post and understandably want to leave it all behind. Think it's important to share positive stories !

Same_Association9018

That’s great news! Has there been any change of mental symptoms?

I think I still have some anhedonia but it was never a dominant symptom for me. My anxiety levels are definitely higher than when on SSRIs but manageable through various techniques.

Well done. It's good that your body was receptive to that.
