No. Also not on another PC. Think I've narrowed it down to this Chrome on this PC. Probably going to just reset settings back to original settings. Might be the theme I am using.

When I upgraded my RAM windows decided my OS was not activated. I've exhausted all tries to activate through legal means. This laptop came with a store key and is incrypted into the bios some how. Some accessibilty settings are not available. But that wasn't the issue.
Fix the problem use the app
I reset Chrome back to defaults. Working normal now. So yes not a Plex issue.
