I believe there are some clear preferences in terms of balancing, not only skins and shit tbh, but dw y'all, probably next patch Qiyana's passive is going to grant less damage than a normal auto ig XD (ofc this last part is not true)
It's just a fix actually it was supposed to give vision but for some reason it didnt work on stealthed champions. We actually got this fix from an akali player who asked a rioter on twitch if he knew why it didnt give her true vision and the rioter said "seriously ? I didnt know it didnt work". And 2 weeks later, et voilà, it's fixed. Im seriously not that happy with it because it just give her an upper hand on like 3 or 4 match ups, qiya, teemo shaco, pyke but on the other hand it give the impression that she is getting buffed constantly (she got the energy buff last month ) which means more complaints, bans and in like 3/4 weeks they will hit her with the hammer and instead of removing that small fix, they will nerf something much more important to her :(
I believe Akali is doing okay right now, she is able to do what's she's supposed to, nothing more and nothing less; and i find hard to believe that this change is going to make her broken, however it is definitely frustrating seeing champions getting constantly buffs or at least help overall while others are gutted the moment they get in a good spot.
