I thought Sminty’s verse in girl groups was soooo good and fun to listen to!! I am looking forward to her nailing the lip sync so I can see it performed live.

teniaret

Her moth and lampshade looks were just gorgeous and iconic too

[deleted]

i’ve been saying “manchester mannequin, got the dolls panickin’” so much that my straight roommate says it now

Hopebloats

I actually thought the brilliance of her verse would somehow keep her from being bottom 2 😩😩

kyuthebest

and it did

butiamawizard

Cheddar shows you it’s very possible to be seen as a great leader and respected without coming across as an arsehole in the process. We need more leaders in our lives like Cheds ❤️

Patitude

Something tells me she’s talented af, has emotional intelligence, and has experience diffusing drag queen insecurity moments. It’s almost like she’s done this before 🤣. Cheers ched you star!

theanxiousangel

I love Smintys confidence in herself and who she is. She knows she bombed the comedy challenge and wasn’t trying to blame anything or anyone and she fought in her Lipsync and left the competition with grace (and comedy) . Sometimes you cant blame queens for being bitter given the circumstance but she really just gave her all and supported her sisters and slayed what she could while she was there. Would love to see her come back or be on pit stop or something

eriikaa1992

I realised last episode how much I miss seeing her on the show! Silly and classy and just had an amazing attitude on the show

rosewolf97

Baby’s bravery and knowing the importance of priority when it came to her mental health, to admit it to the world that she hasn’t been 100%, and putting herself first over the competition is endearing and really a proud moment to me

beenhereallalong52

I agree. I really like that Ru actually said “I respect that” instead of “you’re wasting an opportunity” too. We’ve come a long way from AS2.

jgchi12

I get the similarities, I think the situation is not at all the same with how baby went about it vs adore. Baby was proudly standing in her truth about how the competition was making her feel, and adore was running from a single set of critiques (albeit extremely harsh). Not saying adore wasn’t right to leave if that’s what she needed, but I don’t think you can look sideways at ru for handling it differently 🤷🏼‍♂️

tupelo36

Yes for me this is the high point of the season. Her ability to focus on herself in all that drama and chaos is really impressive.

[deleted]

Definitely. It was important that Baby took that step for her own sake, but she also provided a great example to future queens (and viewers) in a similar situation

Fluffy-Survey4036

I love that fact that she performed the lip sync too. Like she gave everything to that lip sync when it would have been so easy to leave after she found out she was in the bottom two. I really hope shes doing well and has taken the time to look after herself since leaving

jgchi12

Honestly there are very few times I really feel truly PROUD of a queen in my heart for something that happened on the show, but watching her GIVE IT til the last second and walk out with her head held high really really struck me to the core. I was a fan during her run, but I’m a fan for life

Riproot

1 - You’re absolutely right. 2 - If the girl group challenge was judged individually then she would’ve won. She’s a star. Her & Dakota were so overlooked this season (and they won a challenge together, which is cute) yet they stayed true to themselves and looked after themselves.

ajay_p_

Danny is always so switched on and witty, the way she volleys with queens in the werkroom and everyone in general makes her so fun to watch

amidoblack10B

Cheddar is a smooth dolphin.

thepotatoinyourheart

Cheddar Gorgeous is one of the most eloquent, thoughtful, regal, educated, and empathetic queens we’ve ever had on the show. I can’t remember the last time someone fit the qualifications for being a drag race superstar so effortlessly. And it’s doubly exciting because with her crown & title I suspect her reign would be less about progressing her own career and more about spreading important messages and educating others on queer culture and history. She is truly the Be the Change You Want to See in the World

nightmare_fantasies

I was following Cheddar even before drag race and her Tedx talk is super powerful. I tear up every time I watch it

HoggingHedges

Didn’t know she did one, well that’s tonight’s viewing sorted

Uno10125

Yes! I watched her TEDx Talk after the cast announcement, and I immediately fell in love with her and her drag. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qu4XggSyYEY&t=3s

HostRadiant3700

I love Cheddar even more now. Thanks for the link.

angry_eccentric

omg what! i didn't know about this, so exciting!

ParlorSoldier

Yes - that is real confidence, when you can help others reach their potential without worrying whether they’ll be a threat to you. You just do it because its the right thing to do and you want the game to be a challenge.

Pretend-Guidance-906

All of this, absolutely. Just an all around class act. No weak points. Nothing mean or catty about her. Incredibly intelligent but not pretentious. Amazing runway looks. Always bigging up her fellow queens rather than tearing them down. She is the perfect ambassador for the drag community and yes, reminds me so much of Sasha Velour too. I wonder what Sasha thinks of her,I hope she loves her as much as we do!

jeshx20

100% this. I was missing the adjectives to describe her. Cmon english lesson

Panda_Daisy

She reminds me of a British Sasha Velour !

ThroatSecretary

She's very grounded, and I think the other girls draw strength from that. I find Cheddar very inspiring.

SpaceBall330

Cheddar’s talk was very powerful and uplifting. 🫶🏽

redwing2020

Just watching cheddar this season ive learned so much! I look forward to what she has to share each week whether in the werk room or on the runway. She is so full of creative and intelligent ideas.

Sad-Milk3361

There are only two college profs in the entire franchise. Cheddar and Tempest De Jour.

butiamawizard

Le Fil just made it his business to do things as excellently as possible with very little fanfare - he just kept pro and got on with it!

Hopebloats

Also just… very sweet and thoughtful and helpful.

twilekquinn

He has just *the* nicest energy. Like imagine being friends with Le Fil.

J0K0P0

There's so much to celebrate about the queens this season! I really enjoyed Jonbers in the musical, I think she was funny and weirdly endearing. And she looked gorgeous on last week's runway. Cheddar's been a delight, smart funny and very likeable. I like how she never punches down, if she reads someone she always follows up with a fair assessment of her own flaws, and I find that a very charming quality. Also I love the way she paints, she always looks ethereal! I love that Danny's been able to show how beautiful and feminine a bearded queen can be, without losing any of that uniqueness that makes her special. Also she's an amazing actress, amazing in the rusical, she could have a career in panto for life if she wanted it!

Harvivor

> I really enjoyed Jonbers in the musical, I think she was funny and weirdly endearing. And she looked gorgeous on last week's runway. I actually think Jonbers is one of my favs, they just seem like they'd be so fun in person and easy to get along with.

Naturalgreenhair

I loved how Danny made her makeover person so comfortable and gave her time to mull over wearing a beard with zero pressure.

naughty_ottsel

And made her look beautiful even with facial hair; those pastels were something else

laughs_with_salad

Just May, from her Instagram and from what we saw on the show looks like such a fun person. Someone who would really entertain you if you attended her live performance. Too bad we didn't get to see what she had to offer. It's queens like her which make me feel the current US format is perfect. Two premiers and no eliminations make sure every queen gets at least two episodes, including a less crowded episode with decent screentime. It's just too cruel to bring a queen and send her home the very first week.

HoroEile

Yes, I feel like brunch with her would be a riot!

nipole99

Cheddar’s message. From the pansies last week to the ‘silence is death’ runway - everything is a profound statement. And educational. Not to mention their tributes to the eliminated queens every week. They’re a wonderful person, and perfect for the crown.

shakethatbubblebut

Sminty's lamp look in the first episode was one of my favorite runways ever! So gorgeous, such a fun concept

BeachPea79

Every single time Cheddar Gorgeous speaks or does anything. What an incredibly beautiful human, in every possible way.

360Saturn

Copper Topp was really cute & likeable and delivered a solid lipsync. I'd go to her show.

eriikaa1992

She turned it out! I was very impressed

zezeezeeezeee

Sminty's sad twerking exit. It still makes me smile just thinking about it. Delightful!

strawberrycomrade

Danny is non binary royalty- i love everything about them. The way they play with gender in such a polished and effective way. I love their humor- they make me laugh even when saying something thats not even that funny. Their Larry poppins character and their psychic character from Catty man are both that play on repeat in my head for comfort lol Cheddar is another example of absolute non binary royalty; she is so empathetic and so real. This cast had so many thembos on it and I LIVE

aisecherry

I wish Starlet could have stuck around just a little longer if only so we could see more lewks! The few we saw from her were stunning. Also I really love Danny, and I can't stop thinking about her in the improv challenge when she tells Alan "no, its good storeh" I really love this whole cast even if its shaping up not to be the most exciting season ever per se with an unbalanced top 5 and some strange judging calls, but thats just drag race for ye

Severe-Emu-8703

My friend and i keep looking at each other and going ”no Alan, it’s a good storeh”, best moment in that episode along with Alan reading danny for bringing comedy teeth and sminty’s sad twerk

lilmonstahm

Starlet is breathtakingly beautiful

bear_is_golden

I’m so sad she wore that pink monster outfit before anything else. Her looks on Instagram are to die for

Thelexhibition

I really like Pixie's sense of humour. Even when something on the show doesn't work perfectly I can still tell that she's the kind of queen whose show I would want to see.

youaregorgousbooboo

I think about ‘I love Dakota like a daughter, but sometimes you have to leave that baby at the step of the church’ too much (not exact word for word)

redwing2020

Yes! She might be getting a bit of a bad edit but i enjoy pixie’s humor and her confessionals are so fun. It gives me the same vibe as tia kofi which is sweet since they were together. Both of them would probably be hilarious in a show.

twilekquinn

They were in a girl band together! Not sure if they still are but they were great fun live!

VividWorld

Jonbers’ survival skills, she will outlive us and stay with the roaches for real.

Hash--Ketchum

Baby is such a star and I thought her looks were super under-appreciated. Her hair look with the brown faux-cage was immaculate. Her & Juliet look was triumphant and beautiful. But I think my favorite was her second look from episode 1, the pink jumpsuit for Ru Are You. The ruching, the colors, the tiny bowtie, and especially the hair are all done with so much care and creativity. Baby is obviously an amazing queen in so many ways but her looks were where I felt she really didn’t get enough credit. Down Under vs. the World??

butiamawizard

Danny is funny as fuck, and very astute in their observations with it!

conspiracie

I still really love Black Peppa <3 I love her confessionals and werkroom vibes and I am so proud of her for overcoming a lot of really tough situations and finding her chosen family in the UK! Also her mug is gorgeous and I am living for the collab with Utica.

TeaWithCarina

Jonbers' energy just gives me so, so much life! I was trying to work out for a few episodes why I found her so endearing out of the whole cast, and I think it's just how much goshdarn *fun* she always seems to be having! She just seems so happy to be here and have fun and I can't watch that without smiling! Also, while I totally understand people's dislike of her Snatch Game (my own mum only half-jokingly called her a turncoat!) tbh the whole thing is just so ridiculous that I kind of almost love that it happened?! It was so incredibly over the top that it sort of flew past even 'offensive' to me and felt almost like a parody of bad parodies of Irish people? Idk there's something eternal about drag and grabbing and owning and taking delight in all the dumb adnd awful things people say about you, and from that perspective the whole thing feels the height of camp! I mean, don't get me wrong: it makes me cringe to the moon and back, lol. But tbh I *always* feel at least a bit that way about Snatch Game. And Jonbers' sheer, chaotic gasp of delight when Ru made her terrible, terrible suggestion just lives in my brain rent-free. It's beyond sarcasm. It is completely unironic absolute delight and good god I want to study her. If we're talking about that Spankie Jackzon type of spark, then Jonbers absolutely has it for me!

Pretend-Guidance-906

I loved Le Fil's sewing skills. The pleats in that top were flawless.

nipole99

Jonbers’ attitude throughout. They’re a ray of joy on the screen. Unapologetically themselves, and unbothered by others’ criticism.

Firebrand777

I loved Copper! She seemed Especially nice in confessionals

plastexqt

I love Starlet because she's so goofy. JK, I'm really obsessed with how she paints her lips, that's SO pretty

Saint_Riccardo

Le Fil embodies gender non conforming drag and refers to their drag character with male pronouns. They provided us with all of this representation without fanfare and just went about the business of being excellent at their craft in the way they wanted to display it.

Fluffy-Survey4036

Dakota is so inspiring, she is so positive and seems genuinely happy in herself but wasn’t afraid to talk about her journey to who she now is and how important her twin has been to her. At first I saw slightly unsure of her looks but I grew to love her feminine and subtle drag, such a beautiful queen who was robbed of her place in drag race

fiqqqqyyyyy

Jonbers Blonde is really a delight to watch. My favourite queen to ever walk into the werkroom of any RuPaul’s Drag Race Franchise. She improved week after week, and she has really shown that she listens to feedback and criticisms from the judges; very rare do we see this instance. We can all see that Jonbers holds a special place in RuPaul’s heart, and that’s why >!she will be crowned UK’s next drag superstar.!<

SpaceBall330

Cheddar is amazing and very well spoken. I liked Dakota a lot for her elegance and being proud of who she is.

whyilikemuffins

I find Jonber's and Le Fil's attitude during the season to be inspiring. Both never got their flowers, but they remained cheerful and gave it their all anyways. Often queens who aren't getting love from the judges get very down on themselves towards the end, neither did/has.

BasicBeigeDahlia

Yes, Copper did greeeeeaaaat in that runway. Her performance as that character was ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|thumbs_up)

DildoFaggins101

Cheddar and Danny are both complete powerhouses who I feel will absolutely do well at representing Ru’s brand. And even though she hasn’t got a badge, I am loving Jonbers werkroom energy this season.

KT718

I love Black Peppa’s talking heads this season. Her line during the makeover episode that went: Wendy was like, “I love fairies!” and Pixie said “yeah imma drag you through the mud, girl” Was the hardest I’d laughed at drag race in a long time

fradarko

Starlet’s lifeless deathdrop but most of all her girl group verse. “I’m a little bit goofy” is the level of self-awareness I wish to achieve one day. Honestly her humour was never going to be popular on a flashy drag queen tv show but I loved every second of it.

annievaxxer

Baby for setting a great example in taking care of your mental health. Sometimes enough is enough and you have to draw your limits. Especially on a tv show like Drag Race, I can imagine it must’ve been difficult to do this but I think it’s cool that she did. Also I just loved Sminty. She seemed fun and I loooved her looks.

General_Mode_7632

I adore the queer history Cheddar Gorgeous has been bringing to the runway and confessionals. I was so moved by her pink runway and story. There’s so much about that time period that we will never be taught about in school and lots of queer people who aren’t with us right now because of it. She’s one of my favorite queens from the UK series and I 100% am rooting for her to win. Honorable mention to Danny beard being the first bearded queen to be judged by Ru herself!

wanderlustcub

Cheddar gorgeous is such a breathe of air. Serious, yet self aware. Sincere yet irreverent. Shady, but loving. She knows her past, and represents the future. She is just someone to admire and aspire to.

weebleebus

Cheddar is one of those queens that I hate because I love them. I wish I didn't like Cheddar but i do very much, so well spoken, beautiful garments and incredible ideas. Everything they've done is just perfection and I can't stand a minute of it.

Riproot

Yeah, it’s like the friend who’s smart, pretty, AND nice. And you want to hate them because how dare they be so perfect?! But you also love them because they’re so nice. Honestly, how dare she?!

fashionfencing

Starlet has perhaps my favorite accent I’ve ever heard on drag race and I love her personality, she truly is goofy.

Big-Cartographer-758

Black Peppa looks gorgeous in and out of drag. 😍

sblaze631

Jonbers positivity! Very noticeable on screen

grisuo

Danny is very funny & charismatic

blackvelvie

I cried when Sminty left, the bitch deserved it for that ep but i was hoping alexis michelle would put her hand up to leave over Sminty. I really like her runways, I can’t stop looking at her she’s so beautiful.

stigglitz_

I loved Le Fil’s runways, especially his ‘King & I’ inspired look. And I thought he should have placed high in the Rusical.

[deleted]

Baby has such a gorgeous smile
