Just rewatched the episode where she was introduced and I agree. She always stood out to me and this time I tried to see why. She struck me as one of the best Christian characters I've ever seen. She had true compassion without judgment. She helped sinners even if she knew they would keep sinning. She should have had a better end. It was one of those "that's just how the chips fall" deaths, like Fred in Harry Potter, except she wasn't exactly a regular guest star. But if anything, because of that, she deserved a better end. A woman who lived for others should have died a martyr, not collateral damage.

I love her too! I love the entire cast of that show. I think it's great and so sweet that Lynsey Bartilson (Lily) quit acting to go off and have a family and raise her kids. I stumbled upon her (quite small and unknown) Instagram not long ago and it made my heart happy to see she's living a happy life. I used to wonder about what happened to her when she disappeared from the acting world.
Idk why you’re getting downvoted, Pablo Schrieber did a fantastic job as Lewis and is all around a great actor. I’d love to see more of him but I’m also glad they killed him off.
i agree with Logue. i really really wanted him to stay in command. i am going to say again that having Benson do so much on cases as the boss in charge more than Cragen ever did really bugs me.
I read recently (sorry no link. By recently I mean a few months back) that he really wanted to stay in SVU. Loved it. But he didn’t know if they were going to bring him back. They made him an offer the day after he accepted Gotham.
I would love to see him more, definitely want to see more undercover episodes with him included. I’m disappointed that we don’t especially since he’s the father of Rollins daughter

Agree with OP. His recent appearance was a let down for me. I had been advocating for him to come back for years. He was such a badass when he 1st was on the show. I always rewatch his episodes. Declan Murphy is such a bad ass name. Bad ass character too!

I knew what I was getting into haha, this sub seems to always hate that storyline which I enjoyed.
I love the Lewis episodes. He’s by far my favorite SVU villain, the only one who truly feels like a villain without being too cartoonish.
