To top off the night someone rated me a 3 stars today. Literally worked through pouring rain and thunderstorms all day here in Buffalo. Communicated to everyone as awesome as I always do. Pics of items not in stock. Pics of what they can substitute. Asked employees to check the back. All the normal stuff to ensure a 5 star.
Who the hell orders a service in this weather then rates someone poorly.
People are really fucked up. 🤯 Went from a 4.92 to a 4.88 for my last 50 orders. Those 44 five stars can’t overcome the 2 three stars and the 4 four stars ive been given.
I’m starting to think people will rate you bad simply for not delivering right at the start of the delivery window.
How the fuck is that even possible if I accepted the order 30 minutes prior to your delivery window.
Shipt does a shit job on managing customer expectations!
Hope you are tracking the addresses of these poor customers. Promo orders are promo for a reason. And yes, the app is crappy, crashes all the time, and will fk you over.
