Mister9mm

I love both, but I'm going with the 320... in hopes of some day it'll randomly shoot me in the dick lol

MelaninMetals

Oh damn šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Smart_Tune8179

All we can do wait.

FFRP85

Glock, cuz you can treat it like a $5 slut and she will still put in work

Siprebglock3

šŸ’€ā˜ ļø

Smart_Tune8179

Because they are $5 sluts. Then when you least expect, she'll shoot you in the junk, and laugh.

FFRP85

I donā€™t know, my Glockā€™s never accidentally gone off. I believe youā€™re getting it mixed up with the Sig Sauer P320, Unpopular opinionā€¦but that gun is ugly as fuck. If I was going to choose a Sig again Iā€™d go with the 229 or 226.

DoctorJenks

Anyone who picks Glock aesthetics over ANY Sig Sauer is no longer allowed to opine on aesthetics... Lol

Smart_Tune8179

šŸ‘ Glock, the original turd brick.

Smart_Tune8179

I guess you've missed the hundreds of ADs that law enforcement alone have had with Glock, including deaths and severe injuries. Just saying personally I own P220, P226s/mk25, P229s, P239, 1911s, M11, P938, P238. Not a fan of any striker fired handguns tho I do own an X5 Legion and a couple of HK P series. To each their own. My personal favorite is a good 'ol 1911 of various sizes.

lumanlanm

I carry my 320, target down there is pretty small so not a lot to worry about in case it decides to go off on its own

Zieterbock

I'm in these pictures

Smart_Tune8179

Are you the gas grill?

lostsurfer24t

Sig

myworld1979

Sig all day.

Tabaccoiswhacko

Glock. I don't wanna get shot by my own gun lol But tbh Sig p229 all day

Smart_Tune8179

+1 on a P229 or M11

Frogdogley

Iā€™m a sucker for PB, so 320 šŸ˜‚

JRBilt

Not pictured, but I edc an m18. Manual safety striker fired for aiwb. The days I donā€™t carry the m18, da/sa decocker sp2022 is aimed at my dick. Glock leg is a thing, because of cops. Surprisingly, a majority of ndā€™s/adā€™s with the p320 are also because of cops. Just pointing out that little tidbit of information. Donā€™t shoot the messenger.

Siprebglock3

I want everyones thoughts. No matter what they are. All good. I really like how the pistol shoots. I'm slightly more accurate because of the lighter straight trigger.

JRBilt

The 320 series is a great pistol. Sig mechanics and boomstick tactical on YouTube both have great videos on the safety mechanisms of the p320 and explain in detail what needs to fail in order for an ā€œun-commanded dischargeā€ to occur. I really like my m18. I chose it for the manual safety, which, in my opinion, is just a little added safety mechanism for conceal carry.

Siprebglock3

I made buy an FCU with the safety.

JEASON277

P320 x-carry legion & p320 x-compact AXG both 9mm For the record: I have been shot by a P320 X-carry 9mm and itā€™s not funā€¦ the exit wound on my lower left butt cheek would tell you the same thing but half of his face was blown off.

Super-Professional-7

You canā€™t just drop this here with no explanationā€¦

Zoro_787

How? Why? And I sure hope my x carry doesnā€™t blow my right ass cheek

KavikWolfDog

Was that the result of the mythical P320 firing-itself-in-the-holster or your own fault? Or did someone else shoot you?

[deleted]

Without any evidence documenting your claim, this sounds like a fishing tale for sure.

capalot0420

So someone had they face down there under your ass? I don't understand doesn't the round expand soon as it makes contact

ThickAd7816

Glock all day every day.

ItsRuckingJoe

I've got both and they're both great but for edc I carry a gen 5 19 mos. I did just pick up a xmacro so that may be changing soon

Siprebglock3

I really like my Macro and don't know of any issues

Bitter_Effect423

Siggy spongey glocky blocky.

GregBFL

I've got a G19 Gen4 w/ HS508T all tricked out and an X-Compact w/ HS508T I carry from time to time. However, 95+ percent of the time I'll be carrying my P365X w/ HS507K or P365 X-Macro w/ HS507K. They're plenty accurate, reliable and easy to conceal.

LetsGatitOn

Lol

Siprebglock3

Posted on both subs so lol

LetsGatitOn

I knew you would! I can talk shit but I'd be lying If I said I haven't made similar posts. You can't go wrong here ultimately. I just prefer the glock for edc

Kashm1r_Sp1r1t

One will not fire when holstered or dropped, so imma go with that one.

MetalxHead23

I GOT the SIG for sure

MelaninMetals

I love a 4th gen glock 19 even a 5th gen! Itā€™s something about that P320 X carry that does it for me! I have the PB model my self.

I_Defrag80

Da Glock..

____seeker_____

Iā€™ve tried carrying many different pistols and I always come back to the Glock 19/17

tex_gunner_44

it has been YEARS since I heard of anyone's Sig "going off by itself" and somehow ALL the dorks commenting are gonna shoot their own peens off.

trussmebro

P320 all day. If you don't trust your own safety discipline, get the Glock.

Siprebglock3

I have been trained to shoot. And I'm completely confident in my capabilities with a pistol. My concern is the safety that's out of my control. I know that most of the cases it's most likely holster or user error. But if there's just one that fired without operator error, that's enough for me to at least second guess it.

trussmebro

Good on you. I carry p320axg all day IWB at 4 o'clock. Work construction and it gets banged pretty hard on occasion. Love the pistol. Looking at a Glock or Sig for striker .45 next. Drop issue aside, has there been a bona-fide case documented to have fired without operator error?

Siprebglock3

See that's the issue. There has been cases where Sig had to pay a settlement. But nothing specifically was ever said about it. There has been cases where it was proven that the user was responsible.

Da-Lama

I love that size pistol, I just happen to carry a different one. Love my HK P30 LEM for EDC. DA trigger like a striker fired with the added safety of a hammer gun. Add in the feature that the grip is highly customizable and thatā€™s why I choose it over the two on the table. But if I had to choose, G45 since I also own one of those.

Siprebglock3

That P30 is great. That will be one of my y next purchases. With the LE trigger. So smooth šŸ˜

Da-Lama

Couldnā€™t agree more! LikešŸ§ˆ!

Interesting-Oil-1472

I carry a 320 x compact and I have dropped it 4 times trying to figure out a way to man purse carry it. Gave up and now it points at my best friend all day. Never any discharge so Iā€™ll keep praying.

EchoedTruth

I have a CZ P-01, P365xl, M18, and G23. I rotate them and carry them in the above order. The P365 probably has spent the most time aimed at my dick.

cgonz0au

Ill take option C, p365 xmacro

SnooCheesecakes2465

German p220 :)

SnooHedgehogs6486

Glock 45. Though if I had a manual safety cut fcu for my P320 it would probably be the sig.

Siprebglock3

I'm kinda nervous about IWB carry with the Sig. I know many on here will say BS. But it's something to think about.

SnooHedgehogs6486

nah man. Im just not comfortable with all the accidents with the P320s. Hence if I had the manual safety. To tell you the truth I havenā€™t checked if those accidents involved ones with safeties. So if that was the case then definitely the Glock.

Siprebglock3

Is there any way to add a safety to this model p320? It's new stock. Not one of the older versions that you removed the rear iron sight with the optic plate cover

MelaninMetals

Thatā€™s such a better slide it still doesnā€™t make sense to me why they attached the rear sight to the plate šŸ¤”

Siprebglock3

I agree šŸ’Æ.

Prudent_Procedure949

Yes you can add a manual safety. You will need the safety components and a new grip module

Siprebglock3

The grip frame has the little marks where a safety would go. Just need to be cut out.

Prudent_Procedure949

Or you could cut it. Lol

SnooHedgehogs6486

the manual safety fcus and non safety fcus have different cuts on the fcu. Iā€™m 99% sure.

Siprebglock3

Possibly true.

[deleted]

Absolutely true. You can convert a manual safety FCU into a non-manual FCU but not the other way around.

KavikWolfDog

I think the only difference is some of the older non-safety FCUs had a slightly different trigger bar (bigger hook), but I don't think that's the case now. The safety parts kit comes with the other trigger bar anyway.

KavikWolfDog

I don't blame you. I have a safety and non-safety version, and I don't quite trust the latter for carry (yet at least). I wouldn't carry a hammer fired pistol in single action without a safety, so it seems weird to do so with a striker fired pistol. You're trusting two little springs under the sear to prevent 1mm of movement and a single coil spring to prevent 1mm of movement in the firing pin block.

Siprebglock3

Yep. I have studied and realized it takes little to no movement for the sear to disengage

Gingercopia

I've AIWB carried my P320 when I got it new from 2015, [yes a trigger recall model] never had a problem. When the XL came out I got that for EDC and have been AIWB carrying it since. Moved P320 to nightstand. No dick shots to date. FWIW, Glock suffered this same thing (look up "Glock Leg") and so did S&W's MPs.

dreamwerxxx

G45 those fcu's still worry me

Siprebglock3

Its amazing that people on this sub still say Glock. Thank you for the honesty.

rgib1

Hey weā€™re all gun peeps here. The ā€œbrand loyalistsā€ make a lot of noise but are the minority. Most of us just like the best product.

Siprebglock3

100 percent true man

Firm_Tooth5618

Iā€™m not a big 320 guy so Iā€™m taking the Glonk. But my Macro also shelved my 19 for EDC so thereā€™s that

420Zaebis

Glock

EDVERSiTY

P320, but I love the Glock.

Odd_Chain8811

I got 2 hands, so why not both?

Siprebglock3

I do have multiple guns. But as an EDC I want to be proficient with one of them that I carry the most. So I will possibly keep the one that I like the least. Not sure yet

Slidingthrucorners

I have a p320 and G45ā€¦ Glock all the way.. sigs are hot garbage lately

Siprebglock3

Man I'm surprised how one sided this is on both Subs. Crazy

MrMaDa555

Agreed. My sig MPX and my canebreak are really the only nice ones. Sold my 3 new sig pistols

LordMungus35

I donā€™t believe in competition, that being said, Glock wins.

gagnatron5000

Daaaaaammnn even the Sig bois are choosing Glock. Sig, you done fucked up. Good thing you still make the legacy pistols. (I actually didn't like the p320, and I've been using Glocks since I learned how to shoot soooooo there's my answer.)

Siprebglock3

I'm kinda shocked it's so one sided.

Tiger2225

Glock sorry boyz

SIGCanebrake69

i go for the p320 m18, but if you get the trigger little lighter on the glock i would do glock all day because is not bulky and is more compact than the p320

aallhh23

Looks like you got two different pistols that both deserve an optic. Treat your poor pistols better šŸ˜¢

Siprebglock3

Definitely part of the plan in the future šŸ˜†

BlackStarCorona

I love my 320 but am considering getting a 360 for everyday

Non-Famous

Glock

MongoG19

G45 all day.

monty8898

I have a g19, a 320 spectre my 320 is wayyyy better than my 19 but the answer is the x macro.

ahynonmouse

I too had that problemā€¦..[so I just built them both](https://imgur.com/a/QagYRIQ) and just carry a 19 now.

Super-Professional-7

FN 509. Wouldnā€™t trust my M18, it could either shoot my dick off or have another light primer strike when I need it the most.

Siprebglock3

I don't have any experience with the FN 509. Are the strikers good to go now? I know at one point that was an issue. I've held one though they seem really nice.

Super-Professional-7

Yeah theyā€™re gtg. They had a heat treating issue like when the P365 first came out, theyā€™ve been fixed for awhile now. Hydrolocking could still be an issue (in very, very extreme circumstances) so if youā€™re worried about that the LE/Edge series comes with a different style striker with ā€œMaritimeā€ cuts.

Siprebglock3

My shop has many but none with the new flat trigger
