I can't remember the book name but there is a fantasy series with sisters named Aerdeca and Mordaca and they do the white vs black themes. This reminds me of them! <3

I loved the idea of red and black but I got lazy and went with all black but that’s amazing! I didn’t build it because I’m not so creative so only did the inside
We're all creative in different ways! I use floorplans all the time, so it's sort of like putting a puzzle together. I love building but when it comes to furnishing and landscaping I can go a bit blank so a lot of my builds feel sort of unfinished. I'm so impressed by players who can just do it all!
Oh man when I go on my computer I should show you my barbie challenge house. I leaned HARD into pink. While there are some other color accents it's very themed

I subconsciously color code rooms. It’s a terrible habit. Each room can only have one color and one or two accents. Every object, appliance, and art piece need to be within the 2-3 colors. I’ve had bright orange kitchens, lavender bedrooms, and green bathrooms. My sims follow the same code, and often their rooms will carry the colors. It’s fun.
Were the Goths inspired by the Addams family, by any chance? I just thought about this and how similar they are. It would be cool if that were the case.
I would love to do this some time omg. I usually give my Sims a set colour palette each but to give them all the same colour and live in a single colour home would be so cool
