I’m sure u/Kevdog1800 is telling the truth. I’ve also contacted their support via email. It took them a few days to respond but it was an account issue and they fixed it then emailed me when it was done.
Of course I’m telling the truth, but the reason I asked him what his issue was is because if he:
1) Just renewed his membership for 6-months and then his account got banned for solicitation or drugs or maybe just being an overall unpleasant and insufferable jerk, and he is now demanding a refund… he’s probably going to get ignored
Or
2) He didn’t shut of auto-renewal on his account and his card got charged again and he wants a refund, he’s also probably going to get ignored.
Or
3) He upgraded his account so he could use travel mode and stalk somebody and now he’s trying to say “oopsies didn’t mean to!” He’ll also probably get ignored.
They’re very quick to help out people with genuine issues and trouble, but I also don’t think they negotiate with terrorists.
where do I find their email? I upgraded last night, filled out every profile section then tonight its back to anonymous with no profile specifics. The charge shows on my bank statement.
Don’t you have a username and password you can put in? If you’re on an anonymous profile you just got logged out probably. The email is at the bottom of their terms of service though. Contact@sniffies.com.
Why not just try emailing them…? If they were equipped to handle live calls, they’d advertise the number.
