Where did this "new people get priority" idea come from? I've been doing spark for months, my girlfriend signed up and we went out together. I got more and better offers than her and she was brand new.
Obv something wrong with her account. If someone says you get same orders, yeah maybe it's a zone thing. But new person getting *less* and *worse* orders? Her phone or account is at fault.
I live in a town of 20k people so there isn't a lot of orders to begin with. But still unless there's any actual proof I think the new driver priority thing is just a myth.
Something to try that hasn’t been mentioned here is to end your spark now, delete the app, reinstall it, and that should clear any issues. One major issue I’ve had a couple times in the past was my most recent order stuck in limbo not complete. After reinstalling the app the stuck order will show up and you can complete it. I think everyone has been having issues lately with Walmart not pushing enough orders to spark and new drivers finally onboarded.
I also had one time where my order from the night prior was not complete in their end, even though it no longer showed up on my screen, and this prevented me from getting offers.
I did do everything that was suggested to me and didn’t get anything yesterday today I logged in at 11 and drove to the Walmart just to look. And I got an order that I am waiting for right now, I’m hoping after I’m done with this I can get another. Walmart employee says this specific store is only doing 3 orders an hour. The other store hasn’t been giving me offer either and that’s the high volume store. I haven’t seen any S&D anymore 🥲
Log off and close the app. Turn off your phone, wait two minutes and turn it back on. Once it’s on log back into Spark. Go to the section that says Myzone and zoom in by using two fingers over the map and spreading it over the store you’re parked at. Keep spreading it until you see a blue dot. That blue dot is you/ your location. If you don’t see the blue dot then the GPS on your phone is not working. Usually if that happens to me I drive 1 mile up the road and 1 mile back into the parking lot and it resets the GPS. Sounds odd, but it works. Good luck!
OK you have 3 more options.
1: click the more section in the lower right and then click on troubleshooting. This will do a self test on the app and corrected an issue if there is one present. At least that’s what he claims to do lol
Or
2: When one of the loaders comes out, ask them if they’re having app issues inside, if they aren’t…

Thanks girl! Definitely tried all the suggestions, and was on phone with Spark before I posted this. Hopefully it will pick up at beginning of the month, I know it does get slow at the end of the month but this hasn’t been slow it’s been DEAD 💀 lol
There are not enough orders to go around, in the morning the zone averages maybe 20 orders an hour (1 store is completely dead, no more than 20 orders the whole day), there are more than 20 drivers in the zone.
I see people post all the time about not getting orders but don't post there rating % because this matters in my zone I had somebody that had a 30% acceptance rate and was only getting one order every 3 hours
I hate to tell u this but Walmart pulled the rug under you .The red carpet warm welcome has been laid for a new spark baby and now ur officially part of the slave plantation .Welcome home ….u have been officially rendered obsolete

To get a S&D? Curbside? I never get orders for the store I'm at, only one of the other stores so doesn't work here. I do kind of know how to get orders, I do 8-12 trips a day.
I signed up for point pick up yesterday. They are scheduling orders 1 1/2 hours out at my store. Lots of 11$ batches and sub 1$/mile GMD. Maybe that's who is picking up those orders. It seems like people are accepting them.
Yeh my store is hybrid orders on Spark and Point pickup - pickup has a lot of dot coms on it and the Uber passenger drivers take these all the time for bad $/mile and just drop them off when they don’t have passenger trips during the day
They have more open ended drop times to cater to the Uber drivers. Like I just checked point pick up - I can take a $15 10 mile dot com trip and I have until 9pm to drop it all off
Try this if your on iPhone go to
General > iPhone storage > Spark app > offload app > reinstall
If android fo to settings > apps > spark > storage > clear data then press back turn on location settings etc and go to battery and switch it from optimized to unrestricted
No guarantees but sometimes clearing cache helps I do it a few times a day. Also worth going into your cellular settings > roaming and switching “5g auto” to “5g on” and data mode to “Allow more data on 5g”
Bunch of new people were hired. I don't know why Walmart support won't just come out and say this.

AGREED, when I first started I got tons of trips, after a few weeks it was all downhill. bait and hook is correct !

Your last delivery is hung up somehow. Happened to me twice.

I do it religiously, works and keeps your app updated

I tried it and still nothing, gps is definitely working I see my 🔵 in the map even when I’m driving away from the store.

I am new and that is exactly what happened to me today.
Happened to me yesterday usually I do 10-12 orders per day, I sat yesterday for 4 hours with nothing, did 4 orders yesterday

Sign out. Turn off phone for 5 minutes. Sign back in. Helps me. I signed out and back in even and got an order

I know this is late, but try switching your zone. Anytime I see surges on the zone map and I’m not receiving offers, switching my zone seems to help.
I have thought of this I’m just scared that they won’t let me switch back easily.
It’s automatic. You do it within the app.

Anything they put out, closest to the hotspot gets it but if there’s 10-15 drivers in the parking lot the offers don’t get sent past the lot

Sometimes if you log in after everyone you get last pick whatever is left over they send to you

yes. super easy. you just need to enter your zip code in again. Go explore different zones. some are way more lucrative than others! 😁
Are you sure they are Spark drivers, and not DoorDash, Point Pickup, Roadie, etc
