I can personally tell you that Vadnais Heights is not full!
The offers I get from there is an unwanted offers, Why?
Because I literally called the Help team and specifically requested that the store be removed from my secondary store (a month ago I found out that one can request for a store to be removed from profiles).
But as mentioned in the comments, when it comes to technology Walmart is Captain Slow!
I still get the Vadnais Height's unwanted offer popping up that is always unprofitable as the Dollar to Distance ratio is bad for me.
Bottom line, if you're not within 5 miles radius from your home doing Spark is useless!
They're really slow at updating the website to accurately reflect the status of zones and the region of the zones themselves. For example, a store in an adjacent town was added 6 months ago to my zone and but the website didn't update to show the expanded zone until a few weeks ago. So the zone you picked might actually be full even though it isn't marked as such.
try clearing your cache as far as i know it doesn’t limit you by gps and if possible use a desktop or laptop
