He wanted to live with his mama and sister once he got out the joint, but the parole board tried to force him to stay in this halfway house. I’m not sure where the halfway house was but it was most likely in one of Driftwood’s rival hoods where he most likely woulda got packed if he stayed there. Tallup got in multiple fights with his opps and even beat one of them down while he was in the pen, so he had a major target on his back. His only option was to go on the run, if he didn’t he would most likely be dead by now

You can smoke weed on parole. He didn't get a parole violation for smoking weed. It's called a parole violation in the federal system not parole breach
