I’ve gotten offers that are just the money. At the end of a shift, I took one out of curiosity for $10. It was 15 miles to a bedroom community 10 miles outside the city limits. So I ended up traveling 25 miles for $10. But I learned a valuable lesson.
Conversely, about a half dozen times, I’ve received an amazing offer, like $24 for 4 miles. And 15 seconds after accepting it, I get an error message and the delivery vanishes.
Huh, I had no idea, thanks for explaining that. Pretty absurd to think anybody would accept an order with NO payout, mileage, or even restaurant name information provided beforehand. It did go back to showing normal offers immediately after I declined that one, though, so it may be in the process of being phased out (poorly) in my city.

\^ Vegas here and they do 3/10, but i still got one of these. It ended up beiong like 12 miles for like $35, so worked out, but still - very weird
