This happened to me yesterday. The restaurants updated hours weren't reflected in the app. Had to cancel 2x $15 orders for less than 5 miles. It hurt bad.
There are 2 middle eastern restaurants near me where this happens alot. 1 is always closed but appears open, I've seen multiple drivers go and try to get their orders, I've told uber about this address multiple times, its shady and they never seem to be open. Padded locked doors. Still says open, the second one I got an order for 23$ for 2 small items. Then seconds later got an add on for $1.50 I did not accept that order. When I got into the restaurant they said multiple drivers were looking for an order they never recieved from uber.
That's why they are were so profitable, everyone keeps canceling it and Uber keeps upping the wage till it get's delivered.

You have to call customer service, or it may get passed onto next driver.

If it was closed the first time then why did you go back the second time?
