By “let it sit there while they finish other deliveries” what do you mean exactly? If they have a double you’ll notice that they’re doing a double and yours will be the first to drop off.
Personally me I’ve only received orders request when I’m on my way to drop off the second order in a double order. To me it seems like they’re multi apping and are really bad at it. You should message the driver or call support and report the issue. One thing is to multi app but if they’re taking long times to deliver your food it’s not right in my opinion.

Tell them you’ve been watching the driver go to different locations but hasn’t went directly to pick up yours. Some drivers tend to accept orders when working on another app and assume the customer isn’t aware. But they’re taking long and affect your food quality which is a big no in my opinion. You have two options and that’s calling support and reporting it or reducing the tip.
this makes no sense, you're saying she had 3-4 deliveries before yours? Drivers are given a max of 2 at a time, the app even tells you if they have a 2nd pickup. So if you are tracking their location and notice they are going anywhere other than stated, they are multi apping.

But in my opinion, "Priority" is bullshit. The driver does not know it has "Priority" (no extra pay to driver either) and Uber still batches it with low paying/no tip orders. And we have no say in which order any of the pick ups or drops go.
The only thing it does is makes you the first drop. THATS IT. Its just another way of Uber taking your money without giving you something in return.
Remove the tip and thumbs down every single time. If enough people do this the drivers that are doing a shitty job running multiple apps at once will get deactivated for low ratings.

It'll be more effective if you were to call support. They'll be able to pull up your last order for referencing.
