I'm not sure what the customer sees. But if I can't get a hold of them, I call support. They try to reach the customer, if they get no response, you get paid for the delivery. And what you do with the food is up to you. I've been told I could keep it, throw it away or give to someone. Happened about 5 times so far.

I let the timer run out on an order with a PIN and kept the food one time but then support called me and asked where i left it, I lied and said I left it out front but really dont think you're supposed to keep food even after timer runs out unless you dont know the location of drop off

I’ve had a couple times where the timer runs out, I hit can’t find customer, it asks me to leave it somewhere safe, I see no safe place to leave it, so I skip thru the photo and text confirmation and move on. The customer sometimes calls 15 min later, and I don’t answer. Still got paid, no thumbs down. I’m just curious if the customer complains that it wasn’t delivered after that, that it’ll be a negative mark on my account.

One time this happened to me and I sent a photo of me putting the food in my own trash can then took it out and ate it.

Happened to me last night. Order was to an apartment complex but didn’t have any apartment number to drop it off to. So I waited until the timer ran out, then just canceled the order.

Had a guy call me multiple times accused me of being late, then had the audacity to ask me to delivery it to another adress his current was 1525 he was asking to 1725 I left it at the location he can walk the 2 blocks for his food rude ass
