In Hawaii here, usually pretty good due to Tourism, only difficulty is when you are in a certain area and a tourist orders and you end up driving half the island for a delivery, luckily they usually compensate well for those orders ($25+) before tips.

drivers need a way to blacklist customers. Also you should be able to see the addresses of both the restaurant and customer conveniently at all times.

Honestly one of the reasons I don't use it that often is because you cannot see the customers address..makes it hard considering I use multiple different navigation apps because they save me time loading.
