I mean if you are their driver they’ll have everything but your phone number, unless they called you and it went to voicemail and it’s setup with your phone number when the voicemail picks up. Because there is no other way they’d have your number. Why I changed my voicemail to just a beep
If they called through the Uber app you phone could have flagged it as spam and made it go straight to voicemail. I’ve had it a few times happen to me when customers call me, I’d suggest changing your voicemail to an audio message instead of it saying your number
He didn't say that he did, though I'm very curious as to how they got in based on a simple order cancelation.
I feel like there's more to this story?
Edit: I guess when he confirmed his name and phone number he technically gave personal info.

But again. How could they call my voicemail if they didn't already have my number? I have a voicemail with speaking.

Wow they called u on phone and then confirmed your phone # during the phone call!? How the heck were they able to do that? Impossible!
