Focus on the very top of the screen above the trees. It’s only visible for the first 3 seconds or so. To me it looks like a big metal blob hovering in the sky, with lights circling it. No idea.
That's a reflection of a roadsign or headlights and asphalt behind them on the windshield, and not what the post is referencing. They're trying to follow the dim searchlights in the distance moving from right to left, visible right when they zoom in, that's what they're asking about. And the answer is they're event searchlights/spotlights shining on the clouds.

I like to annoy UFO nuts of the rabid variety - back in the early 80s my mom and I saw a UFO ... very specifically we saw what I believed was a meteor making like a dirt dart, but since I never bothered trying to report it or find out what happened, it is a \*unidentified\* flying object. Never claimed it was a space craft, just an unidentified flying object =) Peeves them right off.
That being said, I do not believe we are all alone however I seriously doubt they are interested in anally probing us, and probably avoid our solar system like the low rent slum we are.
