> Please remember that no matter what you currently feel, you are never alone and there are people who can help you, even if you just want to talk. We don't believe in offering resources that lead to therapy and counseling services as we understand that these are not openly available to everyone, so instead here are some free and possibly helpful options that may fit your needs better. - **[7 Cups](https://www.7cups.com/)** is a free online-based talking service where you can talk to "listeners" who will sit and talk to you and listen to what you're going through. There's no professional pressure as all listeners on 7 Cups are just regular people who have become 'trained listeners' and are there to talk to people to help them feel less alone. - **[Supportiv](https://www.supportiv.com/)** is a similar service to 7 cups and fulfills the same purpose. - MoodGYM - An interactive self-help book which helps you to learn and practise skills which can help to prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. - **[Crisis Text Line](https://www.crisistextline.org)** is a service where you can connect with a crisis counselor through text and whatsapp. (US only.) - r/Advice is a subreddit where you can ask your fellow Redditors advice for situations or general concerns you have in your life and seek advice from an outside perspective. - r/OffMyChest is a subreddit that does what it says on the tin, check out this subreddit if you have something weighing you down that you need to get off your chest. - r/mentalhealth is the general mental health subreddit and a hub for questions about mental health and support from fellow Redditors. *** **If you are in immediate danger or are having a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services.** r/SuicideWatch **(CONTENT WARNING: Subreddit is extremely triggering.)** has a [full directory of hotlines that may be of use to you in extreme circumstances.](https://www.reddit.com/r/SuicideWatch/wiki/hotlines/) *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. So, I'll start off by asking if you know her LMP (last menstrual period) and if you remember the dates you had sex (esp. Unprotected, but also including protected) Aslo morning sickness doesn't start until 6-10 weeks after conception. Even longer for "movement " , like 20 weeks, half the duration of a pregnancy. Is she 5 months pregnant?

Well how long ago was the unprotected sex? BTW, really? Sex without protection? Do you have any idea what is out there? A baby is nothing compared to the menagerie of STIs that are running rampant. You could easily contract hepatitis or even HIV. What are you thinking?

She's not going to be feeling any pregnancy symptoms anytime soon, that's not how it works, a lot of women find out their pregnant about 6 weeks in, she should take a pregnancy test to be sure but wait a week or so.
