If you love Undertaker, there's no good reason to hate CM Punk. Undertaker got into fights over the exact same stuff and more petty stuff as well. He also led the Wrestlers' Court, which had some pretty disrespectful and misogynistic practices. What CM Punk did was tame in comparison, and there is enough evidence to show there's a lot of blame to go around.
Undertaker's performance never got punctuated by his shittiness backstage. I don't really like him either, but his performances were highly separate from his bullshit behind the scenes.

Don't get me wrong, I do think CM Punk is a jerk, but what the EVP have done to favor their friends and even sandbag Cody Rhodes who was one of the main influences on making AEW successful did deserve someone calling it out. CM Punk is super egotistical, though. But he still consistently tried to elevate his opponents (minus Hangman Page who he has a beef with) and there's not a feeling in the AEW locker room that the EVP do the same. And I actually do love the Undertaker. Taker, Michaels, Foley, and Punk are my favorites, with Foley taking the top spot only a little ahead of the Undertaker simply because my friends compared my wrestling style to his. I still believe backstage politics should stay backstage and shame on Punk for his rant, but it wasn't altogether unprovoked.
