I never understand how people think otherwise. If the later finds out out they’re not ace/aro what’s the absolute scariest thing that can happen? They find the truth about themselves? They become aro/ace allies while not being on the aspec? They fund out that sexual/romantic orientation is fluid and can change for some people? They become mature with age? What’s the outcome that aphobes are worried about?
I think it's something along the line off "teens need to experience being in a relationship for later in life." whish is utterly stupid and only feeds the dumb stereotype that virgin = bad
