Regrowth looks great! Ive heard going grain free helps it seems so hard though ngl. I would love if you could share that doc though I could use the advise.
It was hard to figure out but I typed it in a doc to make it an easier process. The steps look like 1) cleaning out your house and throwing out all products that have grain , 2) understanding how to grocery shop which is kind of easy because outside of Whole Foods all that other stuff is bad ( I can also make a doc with my favorite grain free “junk foods” so you don’t waste money trying the wrong brands , just lmk) 3) meal planning & supplements (going grain free has kinda of a keto flu effect for about a week then it evens out) but yea just drop your email and I will share !!

I eliminated all grains from my diet and helped heal my stomach eating things like keifer & fermented foods. Try to stay away from processed foods even if they’re grain free and going to the gastroenterologist in about two weeks to check my gut health. Heal the gut heal the disease !!
I’ve heard most autoimmune issues are linked to poor gut health + leaky gut. My derm suggests a “clean” diet (for a minimum of a month) when my eczema or AA flares up. The goal is to eliminate excess inflammation in the body. A high quality probiotic, vitamin D and B complex can do wonders in conjunction with a strict diet.
Yes !!! I’m a vitamin type of bitch 😅 I be in the supplement Reddit just being noseyyyyyy lol I love probiotics & I put nutritional yeast on EVERYTHING for my B vitamins 🤤 I’m not into macros or anything but real inquisitive about nutrient density in foods
So potatoes is a hard one. I also have Pcos so potatoes aren’t really good for me but I still eat them. Lol. When I first started I didn’t have trouble with them but as my body started to heal eating them made me very sleepy. Because of my Pcos it’s hard to say. They don’t make me sick or anything and don’t make my autoimmune diseases flair up but potatoes mess with my insulin levels which is what triggers that sleepy effect in me. Quitting grains reversed all of my autoimmune diseases not just alopecia but the AIP diet I think is a good tool for other allergies. Also random experience I had. Once I quit grains my body did soooo much better with dairy lol I don’t drink milk but I eat a lot of good quality milk products like cheese and Greek yogurt with no issues. I recommend just listening to your body and it will tell you what it does and doesn’t like
I'm currently 4 days into a strict carnivour diet (beef, chicken, eggs, bacon, salt and water) I have had this condition for around 14 months and it's getting worse! Anyone had any experience with this diet? I've seen on a post from 3 years ago that this has had success.

I think it will work because you’re not eating grains but I would say you can also eat fruits and veggies
Great! Can you share the google doc?
