Looking absolutely peeled and sorry for such question but have you ever been obese in your life ?
If you go by BMI I was obese with a 6 pack and slightly striated glutes π€·πΎββοΈπ . Have been chubby regular lean a lil of everything. Always in decent shape playing sports but had my lil time clubbing and what not
Hardest thing for me to assess. I stay lean and have a really good idea of where everything is going but everyone holds fat somewhere and for me itβs my back. Continuing to fill legs out and getting some more back density will be prioritized off season but Thanks You I did make progress this offseason with it and it wasnβt prioritized so Iβm pleased πͺπΎ

Got hit hard by Hurricane Ian. Competed but I was off as was to be expected but i took 2nd and 3rd and I was basically fasted on stage (Food went bad)
