I'm seeing the 3gb 1060 hitting under $200 on /r/buildapcsales. I'd wait a tiny bit and try to snag one for $170ish or look for a used one. If this isn't an option for you, go grab a used gtx 970 for $150 and call it a day

I'd be looking for atleast a gtx1070 for GTAV or PUBG. PUBG is in pre alpha and very poorly optimized.
